    Experience the comfort and luxury of our recently renovated Maui rental, a one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo nestled in the heart of Kihei at the Maui Banyan Hotel. Perfectly situated on the beachfront, this condo offers easy access to five stunning beaches, including Wailea and Kamaole, all within a leisurely 15-minute stroll.

    The condo is equipped with modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchen boasts updated stainless steel appliances and an island with a breakfast bar. A dining table for four and a dedicated workspace cater to the needs of telecommuters. The living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa, providing an extra bed for families with small children, and a flat-screen smart TV for entertainment. High-speed internet is available throughout the condo.

    Wake up to breathtaking ocean views from the cozy queen-sized bed in the bedroom, which also features an additional flat-screen smart TV. For added privacy, the bedroom can be partitioned off with opaque glass pocket doors. The condo includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and an additional bathroom.

    Guests at Maui Banyan enjoy access to a range of amenities, including an onsite pool, tennis court, and barbeque pavilion. An onsite activities desk is available to help you book exciting tours in the area.

Location was great. Everything was as advertised. Appreciated that there were snacks/aloe/sunscreen/laundry soap available to use. We were also grateful for body boards/towels/coolers/umbrella to use at the beach. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location, clean condo

Good location close to all beaches from Mākena to Kihei. Has beach gear and cooler, just had to rent an umbrella and snorkel gear at Boss frogs down the street.

Amazing Holiday Vacation!

Such a lovely time in Hawaii, made all the more special staying here and having Lynn Taylor as our host. She was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The location, the condo, the lovely staff, the pool, we really enjoyed it all. We would stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay!

This 5th floor (top) condo had everything we wanted or needed during our 9 night stay. We loved the beach (Cam II) across the street. There were restaurants nearby as well as a craft fair that popped up as well. The bed was comfortable and our stay delightfully relaxing. Would love to come back!

Lovely Unit!

We had such a nice time here. The unit was clean and contained and everything we could possibly need. The ocean view from our lanai was a special treat! We definitely look forward to staying here again in the future!

Our Stay

This property looks better in the pictures than it is. It feels like the owners are making improvements but it's not quite there yet to get a better rating. We were in this complex with other family members who had nicer units. The location is great.

NIce Quiet place

Visit Maui with my Fiance for a little getaway minus the kids. Stayed here for a week. Everyone was super nice. The space was very clean and well supplied and the neighborhood was really nice across the Beach. The kitchen included all the tools. Having access to a washer and dryer was a PLUS. Overall a super pleasant Stay.

Great location!

Property looks how it does in the photos, response from property manager was quick and efficient. The location is unbeatable, walk ability was a 10/10, shops, restaurants, rentals, and of course beaches, you name it, it was close by. My only qualm was it felt like the place had not been updated in a while and needs a little tlc. Furniture was clean and bed was comfortable. Temperature control was great. No bugs.

Great views, right across from the beach

This condo is so cute! The best part was having 2 separate bathrooms for each of us to use! Thank you for leaving a cooler and beach chairs for us to use - very thoughtful! This place is very central in kehei and you can walk anywhere and get anywhere you want quickly! Thanks for having us!!

And also other bonuses like beach chairs and beach towels.The rental company was awesome and had great communication.It was about a 3 minute walk to a small, private-ish beach.Very satisfied with the overall experience and highly recommended staying here if you're looking for a great place to stay!!*Instacart delivers here within hours and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes for an Uber.. Maui Banyan in the Springtime

The unit was clean and has simple beach-Hawaiian decor to create an ambiance that reminds you where you are. It is on the 5th floor so the views from the elevator to the unit and your personal balcony is nice. Parking in the garage was never an issue. We didn’t use the pool but when we strolled through the grounds enjoying the gardens we could hear the laughter of children playing. The unit itself was quiet. It is stocked with necessities and is conveniently located to all the places we wanted to explore. Plus the beach is right there across the street! We would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location.
