  • Welcome to our villa......First and foremost, our condo is professionally cleaned and disinfected using best-in-class methods and solutions. Your health, safety and comfort is our top priority. The unit has fiber optic 300 mb service, perfect for remote business.

    Our ground floor condo features custom high end finishes and furnishings throughout and is situated in a very relaxing setting within minutes to amazing beaches, restaurants, golfing and shopping in the upscale Wailea resort. The fully equipped kitchen, large comfortable living space, master suite with superior support and comfort king mattress with topper and walk-in spa shower, split system A/C unit and ceiling fans in bedroom and living room and a private lanai will ensure a comfortable and memorable stay in paradise.

    All your entertainment needs will be fulfilled with TV’s in the living room and bedroom, a blue tooth ready stereo, high speed internet, HDTV, Apple TV and a blue ray DVD. Additionally, our condo is equipped with Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella and a cooler for a day trip or a great day at one of many spectacular beaches that are only minutes away.

    Our goal with our guests is to think of everything they may need to accommodate a wonderful and comfortable stay. We invite you to make your dream vacation a reality by being a guest in our stunning, newly remodeled condo in paradise. The condo was very nice and very well stocked with everything we needed. It is a large unit compared to other units. It's very close to a small and large shopping center with many choices of restaurants. The beaches and the coastal walkway are also very close. We would definitely recommend this unit and we would definitely stay again in the future.

Great Location!

Easy 2 min drive to local beaches. All beach equipment needed is available in the condo. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Condo was comfortable and very clean as listed. Will return again.

Beautiful condo in an amazing location with easy access to beaches, shops, restaurants, and state parks. The rental had everything needed to feel like home. Jennifer was always immediately available, receptive and friendly. Would book this again as a “first choice“ for another Maui holiday.

Best time ever!

This condo was so calm, cool, and beautiful! My husband and I were on our first vacation without any kids and we were not disappointed with anything. It’s close to shopping and great food. And the condo itself is elegant and comfortable. All communication was easy. We would definitely go back we had the best time!

The condo was modern & beautiful inside and out. The bathroom in the hall was very unique! All very clean. What we didn't like was no clock in the living room/great room or in the bedroom.

It was our first trip to Maui and we were not familiar with the area. This is a beautiful area. Perfect location and felt very upscale and safe. The unit is extremely clean and very well appointed. All the amenities we needed including beach gear. Very lovely! Jennifer was great communicator and we really appreciated the place.

It’s rare that I leave 5 stars but I cannot say enough about this property. Absolutely, beautiful place. Extremely clean. Close to everything. This is a place that I would recommend to anyone. Very safe and quiet. Jennifer was readily available if I had any questions. Top notch.

Peaceful Stay in Wailea

The condo is spacious and modern. The location is ideal for those wanting a quiet retreat in the Wailea planned development without the controlled chaos of a big resort hotel environment. The kitchen is great for dining in and it was wonderful to have beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach umbrella (and towels!) available for our use. The only negative about the location is that the area isn't well suited for walking to nearby restaurants or shops. You can do it for sure, but just have to work around golf links, etc. Wailea is an auto-centric area. The property owner is super responsive and helpful and we were very happy with our choice for a restful (but active) week on Maui.

Beautiful and clean!

The condo was exactly as pictured. Everything was very clean and we were very comfortable. Location is great! Had one small issue (no fault of the owner), but Jennifer was very quick to reply and offer help. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Walkable to the beach and Shopping centers just down the hill

Easy to check in and they make it feel like a home. Clean and modern with a nice balcony for afternoon sun. There is a market close by that you can get everything you need. Washer and dryer in the unit makes it perfect for the end of a trip!

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful stay! The property is in a great location, close to lots of beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The owner was wonderful—clear instructions, a binder full of lots of helpful suggestions in the area, and very responsive. I also appreciated how clean everything was, especially given the pandemic.

Excellent place. Spotless and well organized.

Everything you could possibly need was taken into consideration. The complex location and infrastructure is excellent. I would stay there again for sure. I would also like to highlight that Jennifer was very accommodating with our check out time.

Clean and quiet Condo

Clean condo in a quiet complex. Mattress firm but comfortable Grounds are clean and well kept. Pool and hot tub a short walk away. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Place!

Truly a spectacular property and very nice, helpful owners. The condo was super clean, nicely decorated, quiet, and the location is perfect. They have everything you need to thoroughly enjoy your time in Maui, including beach chairs and recommendations to amazing restaurants.

Immaculate, modern and tranquil.

This Wailea condo far exceeded our expectations and was a great home base for our Maui vacation. A lot of thought has gone into the unit to help make a vacation easier (“beach box”, well equipped kitchen, brand new washer/dryer etc). The unit was modern and beautifully decorated with an open airy feeling and is truly “PRISTINELY” clean. The complex is very friendly and quiet, we had zero issues with noise from other guests or the tennis area. The Shops at Wailea (open air mall) and a great selection of beaches are a short walk away. Jennifer was great to deal with from start to finish. We originally planned to split our vacation between two communities but chose to stay our entire vacation at this condo because it was so fantastic (thank you Jennifer for accommodating us with this). This is a spectacular condo to stay at and we 100 percent recommend this condo to anyone and absolutely look forward to returning and staying again! Thank you again Jennifer and Phil. Very well appointed condo! Newly renovated with modern decor. Well located just above the Shops at Wailea. Good restaurants close by as is the beach walk. The unit was equipped with everything for a convenient and comfortable stay!
