Wonderful place, amazing sunset views

Wonderful unit, amazing patios with great beach/sunset view. Loved how well stocked it was with chairs, boogey board, coolers, beach towels, spices, everything you need. Great place for a family of four, and the beach across the street is great for swimming.

Beautiful!

The condo was perfect for us and the views were just what we wanted. We had a perfect view of the sunset and we spotted whales while eating breakfast. We just wish we could have stayed longer!

Location and neighborhood is fantastic!

This was a great property to stay on! Right across from the beach and walking distance to all kinds of shops and food. Lanai was wonderful for dining & watching the sunset! Kitchen was well stocked & beach accessories were included too! Very clean space even thought it wasn’t clean when we first arrived. Owner/manager was very quick to respond and got the space cleaned immediately.

Great location

This unit was very clean. There was nothing I could have thought of that wasn’t available for use. The kitchen was stocked better than any place I have ever rented. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

Perfect Maui Location and Sunsets!

Our family enjoyed both exploring Maui and relaxing to the sound of the crashing waves back at this beautiful condo. Perfectly located in Kihei, close to restaurants and shops, to say nothing of the beach, many activities and sites are close at hand. However, the condo itself is comfortable and inviting, so we were always eager to get back to the lanai to relax and take in the view. The condo is stocked with everything you could need from kitchen gear to beach accessories. The complex is quiet and well maintained. The washer and dryer made life easier as well. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Great view

This condo has the ideal sunset view and great location for walking to a few nearby restaurants. The AC did not do a great job of cooling off the entire place. Some fans helped but it was very hot sleeping. Condo was overall clean but some areas, particularly the shower, could use a deeper clean.

Amazing condo in Kihei… we have rented here numerous times but this condo was top notch and the views of the ocean were amazing. Great walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Great property with beautiful views. Great position across from the beach and close to restaurants.

Highly recommend this property at Kihei for a self contained visit. Has everything you need and is very comfortable. Stunning views - we enjoyed many sunsets over the water from the lanai. Easy access to all amenities and sights.

Kihei for Spring Break!

As my first VRBO stay, I was very pleased with this property. The photos are good but I felt they didn’t do the property Justice. There were four adults on the trip and we all had plenty of space. Everything worked and the unit was well appointed. It had tons of dishes, spices and plenty of utensils to utilize. We also found that there were some books and CDs for when we got bored. Very fortunate to have the extras such as a foldable Costco gray beach cart with wide tires for the sand and some swim devices we could borrow. We also saw two totes of beach items, two umbrellas, and four beach chairs all ready to go. Ample towels were provided, too. However, we brought our own microfiber towels which don’t take on sand. I would definitely consider staying at this facility or with this owner again in the future. Two of the folks in our group enjoyed the pool, but the solar heating system didn’t look too well maintained or may have been non- functional. Those in our group who tried the pool said the pool wasn’t very warm at all. Went upstairs to check out the BBQ area. Nice and lots of space for people to hang out. Two large grills to cook on and folks using them into the late evenings. Also, I noticed that some other comments said the furniture was dated. I suppose if you are looking for the most modern, updated and spacious rental with a view, maybe you could look out years in advance; but for me, I had to book within a reasonable timeframe (less than one year) and we found this unit available and with exactly or more what we wanted for a good price. The age of the furniture or fixtures was a non issue to us. Everything worked and we had a ton of fun, as well as made wonderful memories at this location. We did find that the parking spots at this location (and in many locations in Hawaii) are very slim! We rented a Chevy Malibu which isn’t really a large car. It was difficult to get in and out of most spots in Maui, except for the Times Supermarket and Costco. So definitely consider loss damage waiver on your rental car, get a small rental, or prepare to park far away if you want lots of room around your vehicle when parking. This is certainly not a problem for the condo or stay itself but for the entire condo association at this location and others in Maui. I’m assuming they were significantly constrained on space vs. parking spots needed for each unit when they had to paint the lines.

Beautiful place with unobstructed ocean views from the Lanai. Place was clean, spacious and conveniently walking distance to everything in Kihei. Andrew was awesome in letting us check out later as our flight was late in the day. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Maui! Mahalo Akash

Fantastic Property

Stayed with two friends in this condo! Loved the location, easy to get to shops, the beach and could walk or short drive to restaurants. Wonderful central location in which to fan out. The condo is clean, amazing view of the ocean, great kitchen, comfortable beds ( very important for me). Owner easy to work with; would love to stay again. Wonderful veranda - watched the sunset everynight!!!

Views & Restaurants Galore!

There are SO many amazing restaurants and shops within a two block radius, and even more so if you're willing to walk 10 minutes. The area was busy but in a fun way, never crowded. Great beach right across the street, several other good beaches really close as well, so you've got options! Unit was incredibly well-stocked and clean. The fans worked so well, we barely ever needed to use the AC.

Wonderful Experience

This place has it all! Comfortable beds, all the things you need in a kitchen set up, beach gear at your disposal, but oh my...the view! Whale watching from the lanai? Yes please. Quick walk to the beach? Don't mind if I do. Just wonderful and 100% as advertised.

Excellent location and amazing view!!

Property was in a great location close to stores and restaurants and right across the road from Kamaole Beach 1. Condo is dated but has been very well kept and is nice and clean. Lots of supplies, cooking utensils and beach gear!! Would definitely book again!!

Fantastic View

The location was amazing for us. We loved the sunset view every evening. It was within easy walking distance of a few coffee shops, a bakery, a small whole-foods type grocery and restaurants. The only downfall of the property is that the furnishings are a bit dated. The mattresses could be upgraded. And, the AC is just a wall unit so the back bedroom gets warm even in the evening. Overall, the view is what made me select the property and that was spot on.
