Comfortable and spacious

There were four adults with one more joining us for two nights. The beds were comfortable and we had room to spread out. We cooked in the unit one night and found what we needed. The ground in the complex and in the area were beautiful. We did not use the pool or venture to the beach while. Thank you for making our Maui stay memorable.

Great place for extended family

Great place for two couples and kids. The condo was updated and had a wonderful collection of cooking staples. One pool closest to the condo is the nice of the two. The AC works great!

Family vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We enjoyed both pools on the property as well as the beaches within walking distance. We loved having shops and restaurants just down the hill! This place had everything we needed including everything for our beach days! We loved sitting out on the lanai in the evenings after the kids went to bed!

Great place

This property was great. Lots of space for a large family. We have 3 young children and found it perfect. Lots of towels and bedding. Lots of other supplies as well. Property manager is easy to get a hold of. Would stay there again for sure.

Great stay in Wailea

We enjoyed our stay in villa #134. Positives: Clean & spacious unit. Easy booking & checkin process, responsive to questions & requests. Separate air conditioner for each bedroom and main living area. Unit well stocked with kitchen basics, seasonings, toiletries, paper products, beach items, children’s toys, booster seat, PacnPlay. Negatives: No BBQ for individual units so you have to use the grills at one of the 2 pools. Stuffy pool rules stating no noise, no splashing, no playing, no toys, etc. How about stating “Please be respectful of others while using the pool area.” Or designate one pool as the “quiet pool” and the other as the “family pool.” Additional Suggestions: Provide more plastic/non glass dishes to take to the pool area and some food storage containers for leftovers.

Inaccurate name of the property and dirty conditions

We arrived on Wednesday August 17 at 3 pm. I noticed all of the mini split vents were caked with dirt and dust, I washed out the ones that I could, the one at the top of vaulted ceiling was unreachable. My daughter fell through wicker furniture on the lanai, I told the management about the unsafe furniture, they did not change it out or address it. While on both lanais, we looked for the ocean views as the property listed that, due to the pictures being outdated, the pictures of the listing did not reflect the views of what was actually visible. I notified KBM management of the situation. August 18, we notified management that our washer and dryer wasn’t working. They offered more towels which was nice. We noticed blood on the sheets in the primary bedroom upon arrival. They changed them out the next day. We notified KBM about excessive ants in the kitchen. Everyday there was a line of ants on the countertop and stove. I have pictures of the situations described above.

Would stay here again

Overall we had a great experience with KBM property management. I would rent this place and others from them again. It was a great location and hosted our family of 4 + grandparents. We went to all the local beaches and enjoyed cooking on the property and grilling at the pool. Highly recommend!

Golf getaway

Beyond satisfied with our stay here, it was the perfect golf getaway experience. Golf was great, being with family, finding ono food and beer near you turns great into awesome! KBM resorts were so professional from start to finish. The email reminders, text messages and 1 phone call made the experience peaceful and easy. The unit was clean and filled with everything you’ll ever need! Well priced, great location and a great neighborhood. Mahalo for making our 2022 golf getaway an amazing experience!

This place is best of the best!

This place was awesome! It was plenty spacious for our party of 6 and was clean and well stocked. They did not forget anything! Seriously….from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the beach gear, they had all the things we needed to have a perfect family vacation. We will definitely be back!

10 day stay

Great location, Great layout of the condo. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies, laundry detergent, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Short walk or drive to the beach, shops and restaurants. I would book this condo again.
