What a wonderful place to stay! The condo was clean and spacious for two couples. Having the two bathrooms was a plus. All of the condos face the ocean. We saw whales every day from our balcony. Tip: bring your binoculars.

Very pleased with my stay in this condo. Cristina with Destination Hawaii, the host was tremendous. There was a small glitch in my reservation which she handled effortlessly. Very friendly team. I would rent from her again. The unit is as described and pictured in post. It’s in good condition, well stocked with amenities (kitchen basics, beach gear, towels, etc). It is also very clean. So often rentals seem clean until you walk through them and the bottom of your feet are dirty - not this unit - it was sparkling clean. The location is great - wonderful beach and sunset views, a lovely pool and the best shave ice across the street.

The moment you open the door to this condo you are faced with the beautiful view of the Pacific! From the condo to the beach is maybe 30-40 feet! You are literally on the beach. Of all the trips we have had in Hawaii this was the best. Beautiful beach, quiet and relaxing. The condo is nicely appointed. We stayed with another couple and were very comfortable. Would definitely book this condo again!! Oh and a real bonus…it is air conditioned!

Peaceful location

Property was clean, besides a few small ants in the kitchen- which they had ant traps and monthly bug control. Very nice to have small laundry machines in unit. Enjoyed the views and would stay again.

Wonderful Vacation Property

This property is right on the beach and stunning views from the lanai. We had a few issues with the AC in the unit but management was very polite and professional and made it right quickly. Overall our stay was great and we would certainly rent this place again!

Perfect for us

We loved our stay here. Centrally located on the island. Easy to find golf courses. Shopping. Site seeing. And beaches! Kitchen has everything you may need to prepare meals. Great size for our family of 4. Comfy beds. Amazing view. Lots of birds and geckos to watch. We loved it.

Fantastic spot

This unit is in the perfect spot. The beach is steps away; the grounds are meticulous. The kitchen is well stocked, but the entire unit is tired. The shower needs deep cleaning. The stove needs replacing as the controls cannot be read... they're rubbed off.

Review

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a great location on the beach with a beautiful view. Right across the street is a farmers market and convenient store. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice. There is a little washer and dryer in the unit. Only thing that was bothersome were ants in the kitchen. We tried our best to keep the kitchen clean and our food sealed up. That helped keep the ants away.

Graduation trip

This condo was centrally located and served us well for our stay. The condo A/C had some issues. The management company worked with us to accommodate the issue and provided remedies. The water at this location is not clear. That was disappointing but a short drive north or south revealed the clear turquoise waters that are associated with Maui.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

We stayed at Kihei Beach Resort condo #202 in January. It is a beautiful oceanfront condominium. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms ....one bedroom is oceanfront and the other is on the road side. Listening to the waves crash on the beach is so soothing and relaxing. The lanai is comfortable with a small table and four chairs.....a great place to have your morning coffee taking in the sounds of the surf. We enjoyed walking along the beach in the mornings for a mile or two or even three! The condo provided boogie boards, a cooler, and four beach chairs. Great location ....centrally located to many of the sites Maui offers. There is a farmers’ market during the workweek across the street. Also, there are delicious treats at Sugar Beach Bakery and Ululani’s Shave Ice. We hope to return to Kihei Beach Resort in 2021!

This kitchen has a really bad ant issue. We had to buy extra ant traps and avoided cooking or using the dishwasher because of the ant issue, we have been to Maui 10 times and have never had this issue anywhere else we have stayed. The dishwasher was apparently broken and the management blamed us even though we never used it. I would choose somewhere else to stay, the beach here is okay but there are much more beautiful blue water beaches on other parts of the island, further south and also further north. The pool is also just okay, cold and no hot tub.

Great location

Great location, just outside of the typical resort area. I don't like to be in the middle of everything. Unit was clean, beds were comfy, had everything we needed, enjoyed using the beach chairs and cooler that are kept in the unit. Would have liked it better if the washer and dryer were in the unit. One of the TV remotes was missing so we couldn't log into any of our Netflix, Hulu, etc. could only watch cable. Door code I was given was incorrect but they answered when I called and sent me a new one right away. Code to the pool is also wrong but I think everyone at the resort had the same old code because everyone was just reaching over the gate to open it. Loved being steps from the beach and watching the canoers. Store and farmers market across the street were very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant people in the office and grounds. Beautiful setting. We walked across the street every morning to the Farmers market for fruit, baked goods and more.

Plenty of dishes and cookware for our needs, fluffy towels provided, and a wonderful location (warning: the malasadas across the street at Sugar Beach Bakery are incredible!)and great pool downstairs too. Being steps away from the beach was a big plus, and a close drive to many beaches in Kihei or 10min drive to many restaurants and stores in Kihei and 15min drive to Kahului. We would stay again and highly recommend to anyone!

The location is absolutely amazing (right on the beach, plus ABC store, Ululani's Shave Ice, and a farmers market right across the street!), and the managers are always helpful and kind. The condos are always clean and in great shape, and if there are every any issue the managers are super responsive. I can't recommend this place enough, we'll never stay anywhere else on Maui!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No issues at all with this property. All booking correspondence was prompt and efficient and the property was as described. We arrived on a late flight (2am) but had no issue checking in thanks to a pre arrival text with maps and a door code. The condo was well equipped with everything needed for a two week stay. We have read several reviews that mentioned an issue with ants but we didn’t see any. Great location right on the beach and central on the island. Having an amazing bakery across the street was a welcome surprise. We will definitely be back.

Great Place to Spend a Month

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great Condo to stay in. We were there for a month. Its close to everything. Easy driving anywhere from this location.The King bed is probably one of the most comfy we have ever slept in. Lots of towels, and had all the beach accessories, chairs, umbrella, coolers ect. Grass area and pool kept very organized and clean. Couple items I think need to be updated. Condo has a icemaker in the freezer but it's broken. Making ice everyday is a pain and the ice trays had holes so made the freezer icy. The oven/stove is very old. Took over 25 minutes for the oven to heat up. The stove has been wiped down so many time you can't see any numbers so you don't know if you are on high or low for the burners. There were no cleaning products at all in the condo. I called and left a message with the management company but never heard back from them. Overall experience was very positive and would stay at this location again.
