Everything was great. Love this place will stay again here next year. Couple maint things. The 2nd BR bath needs a new shower head clamp as its broken. And the primary bath I had to adjust the toilet float as it never shut off.

my Month in Maui

The unit did not have large spiders this year. Hooray.There were two dead cockroaches and one live.The floors were cleaner than last year but still had not been properly cleaned. I appreciated having a Swiffer mop and pads supplied. I mopped the floors twice in the month I was there. I love the new lanai chairs. It would be nice to have at least one small table on the lanai for holding a drink.This is a lovely unit. Very nice furniture.

Nice location… can walk out to beach! AC was helpful for our thick New England blood! Place was perfect with ground level lanai’s! Full kitchen was helpful to save money on food! Property mgt was helpful and welcoming!

We would stay here again. The place was in a good location with a lovely view. It was clean except for the floors which must have been overlooked and the beds and furniture were very comfortable for the three nights we were there. There is a lot of beautiful furniture in the King Bedroom which makes it cramped. I would only have one dresser and swap it with the other one to the Queen bedroom. Not a lot of room to hang clothes in either closets as there is so much other stuff taking up closet space. All in all it was a lovely stay. Thank you.

Great Location

Property was in a nice location. It looked like no one had stayed there in awhile. They gave us a starter kit of four dishwasher pods for a six night stay. Texted the property manager and was told I was responsible for buying more if I needed more. I was only trying to let them know that there was only four pods for a 6 night stay and I thought that was unacceptable. I wasn’t buying any more pods for them to restock the condo for the next people. They only left one dish towel and one washcloth also so I asked them to bring me more dish cloths, and I would be happy to wash dishes the rest of the week. Only condo I’ve ever been to where there was no pepper usually there is salt and pepper. So if you’re staying in this unit and plan on cooking might bring all the spices you need because they’re very expensive to purchase. I bought spices and took them home. Well, the other thing I forgot to tell them about was the beach umbrella was completely demolished. Definitely need to replace that one in the unit. It’s a good thing. I’ve been to Maui before otherwise I would’ve been really disappointed. use. Tpeoplesorry.

Great oceanfront location

This property is a great oceanfront location. My husband had both knees replaced earlier this year so we chose to stay on a first level condo. It worked out very well for him and our family. The need to use a washer/dryer outside the condo in a laundry area was inconvenient. It would have been best to have this in the condo. Overall, it is a condo in need of some updates but clean and comfortable.

Not trying hard enough

Good communication when checking in when ac was not working. But better instructions would have avoided it. Patio furniture is basically garbage. One chair missing a leg and taking up valuable space. Two chairs by primary bed patio too rusted to sit on. Place was not as clean as we would expect. Kitchen knives cheap and dull. Freezer not cold enough. Should warn people that footwear is a must walking to beach due to thorns and burrs in the grass. Check out is 10:00 which is unusually early. The cleaner showed up at 9:50. We were finishing up and the cleaner was extremely rude insinuating we were late leaving. We would not stay there again.

Needs TLC. Window in bdrm2 and main sliding doors are losing their casings and difficult to open & close. Outdoor furniture needs to be replaced - somewhat hazardous. Fridge door pops open. Just sayin!

Excellent location. The view is amazing, and the grounds are beautiful. Problems during stay were not adequately addressed. The sliding door didn’t lock and or belongings were unsecured the entire 31 days of our stay. The antennas in the router are broken so we only had internet in the bedroom. I had to use my data plan to play cartoons in the living room for my child. A couple people came by to look at things, but the issues weren’t fixed. Other properties I’ve stayed at issues are dealt in 24 hours or less. As advertised, there’s no washer dryer in the unit. That was quite a drawback.

Before kids move on with life!!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. Walking into a beautiful condo. Loved having two bedrooms with two bathrooms. We have 16-year-old and our oldest is almost 18 year old daughters Nice to have a two separate areas. Love to be able to walk out our patio door go out ground floor and walk across the grassy lawn right to the beach. Our flight got switched to a later flight and we were able to extend our check out time. Owners were very accommodating highly recommend this place.

Awesome Beachfront stay

I enjoyed staying at KM 114. The condo was roomy, and it was special to open up the slider door from my bedroom and just walk straight to the beach thanks to being on ground level. I didn't hear any noise from my upstairs or side neighbors the entire time. The beds were decently comfortable (more on the firm side) and the ceiling fans helped keep the air moving. The air conditioning needs to be updated, as we had a bit of an issue with it, but I contacted the host about that and the communication was instant from them, so they handled it well. I noticed the cushions on the chairs by the bedroom seemed to be getting kind of torn up, too, but other than that, everything about the stay was perfect and in pristine condition! I really appreciated the beach chairs, travel toiletries, and beach towels. This is the kind of place that makes relaxing easy.

Great; need earlier check in

The place was very clean and very well maintained. We had no issues during our stay. The one thing that I found unfortunate was that the front desk was not open and no one was working, and we had nowhere to place our bags between when we landed at 11am and the 4pm check in time. Just be aware that there is no early check in available, otherwise it is a great place to stay in a great location

Perfect Location! Beautiful Sunsets from the Patio area right outside the unit. Pool and grounds are very well kept. The condo is very well kept and clean. Theis is a great location in Kihei, just a short walk to shopping areas and beaches. The only real negative is that the beds are in desperate need of replacement.

Relaxing Stay

I was with my elderly parents for 10 days. The ground floor condo was perfect for them, instead of navigating stairs. It was most enjoyable to just walk out from the deck and out to the beach or the pool.

Great Location

We love Kihei and actually have stayed in the complex (not this unit previously)every year pre covid. The unit we normally rented had been sold :/ but since we enjoyed the area, we found another rental. Having young kids the ground level is great. The unit could stand a deep cleaning. There were loads of spiders and forget walking barefoot, soles of our feet were turning black. Since I have a crawling baby, I deep cleaned. I put a message into the management, who blamed the spiders on the tropical location. They offered to spray the unit, but I have a crawling baby and did not want toxic chemicals. Due to the many cobwebs, it was obvious the spiders had made this place home also....I took care of most of them. The master suite had way too much unnecessary furniture for the space. All in all, the unit was much better after we cleaned and got most of the cobwebs and dusted. If they get their cleaning service figured out, and get some of that furniture out of the master it will be much better!

Great Base Camp for Exploring the Island

For a 5 night stay on Maui, I am not sure if there is a better place to launch adventures from. Road to Hana, Haleakala, visiting the west and the south beaches, and the airport was not a bad drive either. The sunset viewed just steps from our lanai at rm 114 was amazing as well. Nice and quiet area, but close to a grocery store and food truck area just up the road.

Dirty ad hell property!!

Dry blood stains on bedsheets. Live and dead roaches . Spiders and cobwebs. Master bed is crooked or concave, squeak and shakes bad when you change position… very uncomfortable.
