We previously lived on Maui about 2 blocks from Kamaole Beach Royale, so we were excited to visit our old neighborhood. This unit was well-appointed, comfortable, close to shops and restaurants, and the view was exquisite. Parking was easy, loved having an elevator, and the host was very responsive. We had everything we needed and more. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Kamaole Beach Royale 2025

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great! It had a beautiful ocean view and was a quick walk to the beach. Restaurants and shops were nearby. The furnishings, 2 updated bathrooms with showers, and kitchen with icemaker were great. Our only complaint was the air conditioner, noisy and made the balcony hot. A fan on the balcony might help too! They should change to a silent ductless split system Overall, we were very happy with this accommodation..

Excellent location with nice views

The elevator was in disrepair so more exercises than anticipated but we had a great time. The carpet is well past its expected lifetime and would be a good thing to replace with different type of flooring flooring. replace with

Would definitely stay here again

Our family of four adults found this to be the Ideal combination of location, space, and amenities. The unit had everything we needed from beach chairs, boogie boards, and binoculars to a fully stocked kitchen. We walked to breakfast and dinner on most days and to multiple beaches. The unit is located so that it’s easy to go any direction, whether to the south beaches, north to Kaanapali/Kapalua, or of course, hanging out in Kihei. We even used the bbq grill on the roof one night. But the best feature for us was the balcony. It’s large and comfortable, overlooking the beach and with clear view of the sunsets. Wonderful place and the communications from the property managers was clear and timely. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo and location

Very spacious and well appointed condo in a great complex. This was our 4th stay in the Kamaole Beach Royale and we keep returning because of the perfect location, amazing views and setting. This condo has everything you could need on vacation. Very comfy rooms and beds, large double lanai, modern kitchen and appliances. Everything is well looked after. The swimming pool is clean and is well positioned for sun but offers enough shade around it too. The beach across the road is safe for all the family. Parking space on site. Nice cafes and shops opposite the complex. The property managers were very responsive to our queries so you are in good hands. Definitely worth considering for your next stay on Maui.

Best ocean view!

We walked in we’re floored with the ocean view. The unit was perfect and even better than I expected! All the amenities including were a pleasant and appreciated surprise. It was spotless. Plenty of towels, beach chairs. Coolers. Boogie boards and pool noodles. There is a pool onsite. Master bedroom was a dream waking up to the ocean breeze and sound. I would definitely book this property again 5+ stars beyond exceptional!!!

Really enjoyed this place.

The property has a fantastic location less than a block away from the beach. It has a great view of the ocean. It was clean and the most well stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. The upgraded appliances are lovely. The rooftop barbecue was also great. We liked being able to use the beach chairs and umbrella. We would absolutely stay here again.

Kihei Family Getaway

Our family decided to stay in Kihei and we didn’t have any regrets. We loved the location of the condo as well as all the amenities it offered. The rooftop BBQ was a definite plus since our son caught mahi on a deep sea fishing trip. We snorkeled, paddle boarded, and saw so many turtles. So happy we found this location and hope to be back next year.

Beyond expectations

This property was brilliant. Before booking, we were unsure of where to stay in Maui as it was our first time. We lucked out by choosing this property, and wow, what a location. Everything was spot on with what we expected from what was included in the property. The addition of the beach chairs, cooler etc. was super handy and we utilized this every day. Highly recommend staying here and will be sure to stay here on our next visit to Maui (if available of course).

Family vacation

It was a nice unit and clean…we really like the view from the lanai and from the master bedroom. It was breathtaking during the sunset…we love the area. The only negative about the condo is to remodel the parking area. Not enough parking space.

Great stay in Kihei - wonderful rental property

overall the unit was great for our family, very spacious and clean. The balcony was awesome with nice view of the beach. Close to many restaurants and shops, would highly recommend this unit for families and for extended stays.

Maui Condo

The property was clean and nicely decorated. The unit’s kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals and we used the rooftop grills as well. Great location. Hope to return in the future!

Beautiful condo

We had an amazing time visiting Kihei and the condo was perfect for us. There are basically 2 master suites which made it so comfortable for 2 couples. Excited to try to come back soon!

412 Kamaole Beach Royale was absolutely perfect. Wouldn’t change a thing. Location was great. Close to the beach. Close to amenities. Beautiful views of the ocean. Watched many sunsets from our lanai. Great BBQ area. Accommodations were clean and bright. Had everything we needed. Thanks for the great stay. Would definitely return to this wonderful place.

Beautiful, spacious and well located condo at a great value

Beautiful, spacious, well appointed condo with a nice ocean view and awesome location. The amount of space you get for a Maui condo is amazing. In particular, the kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully remodeled. The kitchen was nice and modern and one of the best stocked kitchens we've ever seen in a rental property. It had literally everything we could think of for preparing meals. Having the 2 bedrooms + an office was very useful because one of us was working remotely. The large double lanai was awesome. Loved using the supplied beach gear. Will just note some areas of potential improvement: - The listing describes the condo as "fully air conditioned". However, there is actually only a window AC unit in the living room. The AC unit was super loud and didn't work well to cool down the space. It also leaks a lot of water on the lanai carpet when turned on, so we didn't use it. Without AC, it does get a bit muggy when it's hot outside. - The WiFi was good. However it was sometimes weak in the office. - For light sleepers, I would note that the unit does occasionally get a fair amount of noise from the adjacent Dolphin Plaza trucks and outdoor landscaping people. - For those who like to sleep in the dark, I would note the master bedroom could use more darkening. It gets quite bright in the mornings. - Maui Rentals was friendly and accommodating. However, the responses were sometimes delayed by up to a day. - Just a suggestion, but a larger TV would be nice for the living room. We stayed for a while and a larger TV would have been nice!

Great view, very spacious condo, equipped with everything needed for a lengthy stay.

Furnishings were comfortable and attractive. Location to beaches, restaurants, parks, grocery stores were outstanding. We loved the time we spent in this lovely condo and were so sad we had to leave 9 days due to the Coronavirus, had hoped to return next year, but it was occupied for the time we requested. We would highly recommend the condo.
