Better then advertised.

Condo was very clean, updated and very well decorated. Loved the ground floor and so close to the beach access. I have stayed at more than 6 different units in this same complex and this was my favorite, enough so to write my first review.

Great place to stay

Location for us was the best! Right across the beach was a daily welcome, saw turtles swimming by. Great body surfing! Ground at our place were immaculate and beautiful, convenient location and just perfect for us.

Amazing Location

Kamaole Sands is an amazing place to stay. So close to a great beach and easy access to shopping. This condo was in a great location and we loved having a ground floor unit so we could come and go off our lanai. The unit was clean and had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and sand toys. Everything worked well and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Property is well maintained, pool is nice, there was a bonus toddler wading pool, game area. Beautiful grounds with wild chickens. The unit was clean and stocked well. Being a bottom floor kept things cool.

Perfect! Furnishings were superb. Kitchen was well stocked with quakity appliances, dishes & pots & pans. Everything was in working order and there were plenty of beach accessories. We woukd rent your unit again.

Great Maui getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The location - a short walk to the pool and just across the street from the beach - was excellent. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the sun rise in the morning over Haleakala, and it was only a few steps from the ground level patio to a view of the sunset. The condo was comfortable and well-equipped and would be well-suited to a short stay or a weeks-long escape. My only critique was that the floors and shower could have been cleaner when we checked in but this minor thing did not detract from our stay.

Kihei has your quintessential Hawaii vibe with lots of shops & restaurants. Everything is walking distance from the condo or a very quick drive. This condo was recently updated and had everything we needed for a week at the beach (would recommend they provide a wagon, but it’s not necessary). Clean, equipped, two FULL bathrooms!

I'd suggest the next upgrades be smart TVs and a quieter AC unit in the bedroom, but overall this unit was great and had everything we needed!

The ac so noisy, the pull out bed isn’t comfortable so my kid sleep in blow up mattress, in the middle of the night she felt something crawling in her face the next morning I found the centerpiece in the kitchen. I took the pictures it so big. I think this place little pricey

Bare Min

Bare Min. Like a retro stay in the early 90’s. Its not the Bellagio in Las Vegas but more of a circus circus stay. Under the pull out sofa there was crumbs . The pans that were available to use still had food residue on them. In the master bathroom, it was literally like a run down Motel 6Layout. Floor Tiles missing in the walk in shower. This unit just needs more TLC all over. From the bedroom to both bathrooms. The bed sheets have been around the block several times.

We did want to mention two problems. The bedspread was very dirty and needed cleaning. The other problem was the air conditioner in the besroom was having difficulties and was constantly start and stopping very very very noisy.

Reviewer Comments: We were in Unit 1-105 We have never booked a ground level unit beforeIt was very enjoyable especially since the deck had a nice large table and six comfortable chairs. (We have rented units before with very little or very uncomfortable furniture.) we would just like you to know the space under the kitchen sink was in pretty bad shape. Also many of the kitchen doors were loose. Also we never found any placemats to use on the dining table.All in all we had a great time. See you again Oct. 28th
