Great location beach & shops within a few minutes walking. The islands had a huge storm front come through for many days during our stay, due to the location in Kihei we never lost electricity while many parts of Maui had multi-day outages. The complex feels safe and secure in all regards.

Amazing location

We had a wonderful stay at Kihei Ahaki and enjoyed this first floor condo. The green space access was amazing for our kids to explore and the condo came with so many beach accessories (towels, umbrellas, beach blanket, beach toys, floaties, cooler and more!) that it made beach days much easier. The condo itself, though slightly dated had everything needed for a wonderful family vacation! We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing stay!

This was the second year in a row we have stayed in this beautiful place! The location is amazing, the property is beautiful and we love bbq dinners at the pool! We had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrellas! No complaints! When we had a small issue with the wifi we had quick communication and the issue was resolved! Highly recommend!

Not so happy place in maui

First the place was very small. If I had a husband we wouldn’t all had fit in the living room. Dishwasher didn’t work tv was not working all the time. Then after you require a cleaning fee they leave a note asking to help maid service by doing wash before leaving. Incredible.

Beautiful return visit

We loved our second visit to Kihei Akahi. We loved spending time with other families and sharing the space and sense of community in the courtyard. We loved the pool. The location can't be beat.

Old ripped towels and not detail cleaned.

I am super disappointed with the communication of the management company as well as the amenities in this property. Our stay was only three nights. We arrived late the first night and showered with towels that looked like they were 20 years old and pilling. The sheets on my bed smelt like they weren’t washed. On day two we went to use the beach towels and they were ripped and torn. We loaded dishes into the dishwasher and inside was super dirty. We also noticed the light fixtures super dirty, and our feet were turning black from walking around from the time we arrived. I emailed the management company to let them know and they said they were sorry but they had back to back turnarounds and the cleaners were rushed. They would get back to me ASAP. They didn’t. I sent a follow up email asking for our cleaning fee back. They responded saying that since I didn’t send them an email within 24 hours they would not do anything and I was not allowed to post a review in retaliation. I let them know that I would state the facts and let my photos speak for themselves. I have followed up many times with them and they have not answered any of my emails. They need new cleaners, new body towels, beach towels, and to clean their beach chairs. They also need to make sure they put dishwasher pods if they want you to use the dishwasher. If you choose to stay here, bring your own towels, bedding, chairs and prepare to clean the floor before you walk around

Great location, nice property. Spare room beds not great for larger adults. Property manager seems to hate his job! Not very polite and no skills with people. Pool rules are a bit on the old adult side. I have never seen no "marco polo" posted at a pool before.

Absolutely perfect!

As a family of 4 with two young kids this was the perfect place to stay. The courtyard was great for the kids to play and their was shade on the patio for a good portion of the day. The room was clean and had everything you could need. Location is great as it’s close to beach and shops. Would 100% stay again.

This was a great place to stay! We loved the close beach access and pools. The unit has plenty of beach toys and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of coffee making options, pots, etc.

Perfect for our family!

This place was perfect! Walking distance to the beach, to the general store, The Cinnamon Bun (yum!), restaurants, etc. Newer appliances, beach chairs, boogie boards, tennis racquets, extra towels, cooler, icepacks, umbrella - everything you need! I loved the sinks outside the bathrooms, I loved the size of the place and I loved that it was ground floor! Thank you!

Kihei comfort

Family of 4, we stayed 4 nights and used the condo as a base to explore Maui and then relax when we got home. Condo is spacious, very comfortable and well stocked with everything you thought you would need to bring for a beach trip. Convenient short walk to the beaches and local restaurants. Property Manager welcomed us with cookies as well as checked in via email regulary with instructions as well as a hurricane warning. Hopefully we can come and stay again!!

Great location

We loved our stay! It was a great location across from a fantastic beach where you could sit and watch the sunset. There were so many amenities: Kitchen was well stocked, beach towels, chairs, cooler, beach toys all provided. The complex was quiet. The pool was refreshing. The grills by the pool were so nice. Lots of great restaurants right down the street. I highly recommend this rental!

Great condo by the beach!

We enjoyed our stay in this ground level, cozy condo, just a 60 second walk to the beach! Perfect for a family, we took full advantage of the kitchen by cooking dinners and used the cooler to pack sandwiches for the road as we explored the island. Comfortable AC - we were worried about the bedrooms being hot but they cooled down very quickly with the ceiling fans and AC unit in the living room. Kids used the boogie board and sand toys provided. We walked to the shops/restaurants nearby just about every day - cute little beach town.

We love this unit!

We had a wonderful week in B103. Our family of four didn't want for anything. Sufficient toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishes, towels and comfortable beds. Other pluses include the ground floor access which was great for leaving wet and sandy items on the patio, hooks on the patio wall to neatly dry wet items, access to the lawn via the patio, close parking spot, clean pool. And of course you can't beat Kam II across the street, ABC Store w/i walking distance and proximity to Wailea. Smooth booking via Maui Vision. The manager also addressed the plumbing problem we encountered promptly during our stay.

Amazing stay at perfect condo!

We loved our time staying at this condo. Very clean, well appointed, perfect location. Our kids (age 1.5 and 4) loved the big green space to play in and looking for geckos around the property. Highly recommend for families!

Two weeks in Paradise

We loved our stay in South Kihei. Well equipped 2 bedroom condo on the ground floor allowed our kids to spill out onto the lawn and roam the grounds. The pools were excellent and the location perfect. The condo’s rental company was responsive and excellent to work with.
