unidad de Cordoba Bahía Surf 119 es un estudio bellamente remodelado que puede alojar hasta 3. Esta unidad de azulejos cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos y encimeras de granito. Está muy bien amueblado y tiene TV por cable y reproductor de DVD. Para aquellos que necesitan mantenerse en contacto mientras están de vacaciones, esta unidad está equipada con servicio de Internet de alta velocidad de cortesía. El aire acondicionado es una unidad de ventana. Sala de lavandería que funciona con monedas en el lugar.
Las reservaciones para el mismo día (lo que significa que la llegada es dentro de las 24 horas de haber realizado la reserva) requieren una llamada telefónica a Rentals Maui para su confirmación.

The barbecue grills at the pool were also in top-notch condition and enjoyed some great meals. Right across the street from a little park on the beach, a great location in Kihei.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time visit to Maui and we love the island. We visit Kauai twice yearly and absolutely love our time there as well. The biggest difference between the two islands is the quality of the lodging. We paid double the rate we pay on Kauai for half the quality of lodging we had at KBS 119. The unit needs significant furniture, painting, flooring and lighting updates. There is absolutely no room in the closet as it is stuffed with beach **** that is broken and useless cleaning products and smells horrific. We had to buy pillow cases in order to use 4 pillows for sleeping. Why in the world an extra set of bedding wasn’t included is mind boggling. The kitchen cupboards are stuffed with too many kitchen utensils and appliances. There was no where to store food products. The 2 roll toilet paper rule was ridiculous- especially since we were left with 1.3 rolls of small skimpy rolls. We emptied and lined the cupboards as they were sticky. Overall cleanliness was adequate. And location was good for access to beaches and Kihei town activities. Unfortunately we were not impressed with the overall unit.

The only issues with the condo were the little air conditioner,the pull out couch, and an ant issue. The air conditioner couldn’t keep up with the heat and humidity and the couch was really old and pretty uncomfortable. The ant issue was already scheduled to be dealt with, but a call to the manager to possibly get more immediate help went unanswered. Otherwise, the place had all the comforts you’d expect/want.

Great budget studio, great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This studio was easy to find. It is in a great location across the street from a very long beach. Not right in the middle of busy Kihei, but close enough to walk to most of it. On arrival it was clean and in good condition. The room is half way back in the complex so it is quiet. No street noise. The back patio overlooks the tennis court. It has parking right in front of the studio. The bed was comfortable. The couch makes into a queen bed. There is a large closet and a tall dresser. The kitchen is small but has been updated with granite and has most everything you need to cook. The bathroom was also updated and has a tub/shower. The studio comes with 2 boogie boards, a cooler and two beach chairs. We had a minor problem or two but Rentals Maui sent someone right out to fix it. The only thing that did not work well was the air conditioning. It was cooler to open the front and back door and there was a nice cross breeze, There are screens on both doors. The patio door has nice room darkening shades. The complex has a nice pool, hot tub, and a large laundry room. Overall this was a great room and we would stay again. Rentals Maui was easy to work with and very professional

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful! Primo location. The unit was nicely decorated and clean. A very pleasant surprise of an ice maker in the freezer and chilled water dispenser! We had no real problems so the upside is that we only had to contact Rentals Maui one time and they got back to me quickly and had a parking pass out to us in a very short time. As has become our custom we did "gift" the unit something we wanted but they didn't have. In this case a couple of large plastic water tumblers. A whole $1. We love the Bay Surf and Rentals Maui is a wonderful company. Not that I want to give away our gem on Maui. We'd like to keep it all to ourselves.

Nice App and Nice Vacation Rental

I really like how we could go directly to the unit and could bypass a front desk. We were really tired when we arrived so it was nice to immediately go to our room. I like the Rentals Maui app as well. It helped me organize our stay plus gave us a lot of ideas of places to go and things to see. The neighbors seemed really nice and helpful as well.I didn't like all the stuff we had to do at check out. I paid a $75 cleaning fee but still had to throw the trash out, wash dishes, and I didn't get any extra toilet paper, paper towels, bed sheets, etc. I had questions about signing the lease too and it was hard getting someone to answer my questions. We had difficulty getting the key back into the lock box but we put it back eventually.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The hot water tap runs continuously in the bathroom. The shower head needs to be replaced. Had a cockroach on kitchen counter so left plug in kitchen sink drain the rest of time there. The floor needed a really good scrubbing, found game pieces on floor from previous guests and several sticky spots. The caretaker was very friendly and the BBQ's were kept immaculate!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bathroom faucet leaked the entire time. Kitchen sink only ran full flow or not at all. No in between unless you held it. Ceiling leaked one night by the back door. I called maintenance who said he'd send someone but never did. Floors were filthy...kids walked or crawled on it and were instantly blackened. I think they need to use soap when washing the floor...otherwise, price was good.

The room wasn't very clean when we arrived, the spare bedding in the closet smelled, and the room was very noisey. The furniture was tacky and also smelled. Add described laundry and laundry soap in room and there wasn't, there was only coin laundry and no laundry soap was provided. The pool was nice and proximity to the beach was great.

The unit had a great kitchen, extra towels, and beach chairs and bags. This made our stay comfortable and easy. Located very close to great beaches and the whale conservatory. The only down side is that grocery stores and restaurants are not totally within walking distance, but are a short (5-10 min) drive.

A very comfortable stay with nice little touches such as a working ice maker, beach towels, cooler for the beach, umbrellas for the beach, chairs for the beach, etc. It had a very comfortable bed and a really nice bathroom. Along with free Wifi and convenient beach access, this was a wonderful stay on Maui.
