  • Kihei Garden Estates es un complejo encantador justo enfrente de la playa de Waiohuli, que se puede ver desde su terraza privada. Las famosas puestas de sol de Maui están a solo unos pasos de tu puerta.
    Nuestra casa ofrece todo lo que necesita para sus vacaciones perfectas en Maui. Ofrecemos un condominio de estilo loft contemporáneo de lujo con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños.
    Las camas ofrecen los mismos colchones que se encuentran en los hoteles de cinco estrellas de Hawai. Tienen cómodos adornos de felpa y las sábanas de lujo brindan comodidad para su estadía. El loft principal tiene una cama king size, además de cuarto de baño con cabina de ducha grande. Este es un loft abierto. El segundo dormitorio tiene una litera con un doble y un colchón doble. Split sistema de aire acondicionado en la sala de estar solamente. Los techos son altos y el aire acondicionado está arriba en el techo, por lo que enfría el loft muy bien. No hay aire acondicionado en la habitación de la planta baja.
    Hay un sofá cama doble con un colchón de espuma de memoria mejorado en la sala de estar.
    La cocina gourmet tiene electrodomésticos mejorados y nuevas herramientas para disfrutar de las comidas en casa. Times Market se encuentra a poca distancia y ofrece una amplia variedad de alimentos y bebidas para inspirar a sus comidas. Sirve tus comidas en los asientos estilo pub o en el lanai; o, haga amigos y disfrute de una relajante comida al aire libre en el bien equipado pabellón de BBQ junto a la piscina. ¿No tienes ganas de cocinar? Pruebe uno de los restaurantes locales cercanos. Encontrará muchos restaurantes con calificación "ONO" según la Guía de Maui Revealed a poca distancia.

Amazing location

The location of this property was amazing. Within walking distance to a beautiful beach. The property was very well maintained. We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect stay

The location of the condo was great! I was very impressed of how clean it was and access to the pool was awesome for the kids to have an evening swim. The beach close by was a nice perk and grocery store near by made our stay easy and relaxing.

Would stay again!

Nice location, clean and comfortable. Grocery store within walking distance. Everything we needed for our stay and the beach was provided. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome

We enjoyed our stay and found the accommodation worked out great for our family. We stayed here with 4 children and everything worked out very well. Location is great. The beach is a very short walk away and also a grocery store. The swimming pool was a favorite place to hang out.

This is the 5th rental we've stayed at in Kihei and the worst. I picked it due to its proximity to restaurants. The pool was great and the gardens were pretty (except you need a key to turn on the jacuzzi jets?). The property management company communicated well at the beginning. However, lots of issues in the place. Both shower valves didn't work properly, and one toilet flusher. They sent someone right away but they weren't able to fix them and we heard nothing from them after that. The single wall A/C unit left the downstairs bedroom extremely hot. The pillows, mattress and couch were uncomfortable. The kitchen had nothing- not even salt and pepper- we had to buy lots of stuff, including coffee filters. I've never encountered that in dozens of rentals I've been in. The beach on this side of Kihei is miserable- choppy and brown, just fyi.

Perfect stay and great location

Overall the apartment was pretty nice and in a great location just as described in the description. The apartment also had beach chair and umbrellas for use which was pretty amazing and not to complain about it but it would've been great if the same had been mentioned in the apartment listing as we had already made other arrangements for it.

stay in Kihei

Great condo complex and location. Pool was nice. Good amenities around, including food trucks. Only downsides were that the dishwasher did not work that well and a few more basic amenities could have been provided (e.g. dishwasher detergent pods, coffee filters, dish towels etc.). Nice bonus to have beach chairs available for use.

Amazing!

Everything about this condo was amazing. The location, the size, cleanliness, amenities, layout. We comfortably fit 3 adults, 2 teens, and a ten year old. Love the fans and AC, and full size kitchen. Also lots of windows to enjoy the lovely island breeze. The patio is great. The landscaping of the property is beautiful and parking was easy. Thanks!!

Great Getaway

All the positives: Close proximity to beach, restaurants, quiet area in the evening, enjoyed the pool area and the pretty common grounds. Kitchen Condo was adequately supplied and condo was very clean. There was a few issues with jacuzzi/pool heater not working but management got it fixed the next day. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Bed upstairs was amazingly comfortable and right next to parking. We always rent through Rentals Maui and stay at the same conplex/condo every time. This one was new to us this trip but hest believe this is the one we will stay at as long as it's available during our travel.

Quiet, clean, great location condo in Kihei

We stayed at this condo in Kihei for 3 nights. Great location within steps of the beach, grocery store, and dining options. The only thing that was missing was measuring devices in the kitchen (measuring cups, spoons, coffee scoop). Condo complex has public foot showers to clean your feet which was a nice feature. The parking lot underwent a paving project during our stay so we had to park across the street in a church parking lot, but it was not an issue.

We'll definitely be looking to stay in this same unit on future trips to Maui.
