Great Short Term Rental!

This place was absolutely fantastic. Communication was solid, property was well supplied (kitchen, bathroom, beach gear) and the location is great.

Amazing View & Location

We had the best time staying at this condo in Kihei. It was perfectly located to access all of the activities we had planned around the island. The view and beachfront access provided the most ideal sunrise and sunset walks.

Convenient location with beach access. Views were amazing! Condo was very spacious, clean, and had everything you could need. Loved the books with information about the island and places to see, eat, or visit.

Great condo, excellent view!

Everything we needed and more. What a great vacation spot. Spectacular view. Sit on the lanai and watch the whales blow. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Unit Ocean View

Absolutely lovely apartment with a full ocean view and with Kahoolawe and Lana'i in short distances. It's perfectly located in the middle of the island, close to everything! We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this unit. Mahalo nui.

Quite and Relaxing

Location of condo is perfect for heading anywhere! Complex was super quiet with your own beach right in front of you. Unit was well equipped and comfortable. Vents and air conditioning units need some cleaning/maintenance.

Great view! We loved watching the sunset every evening from the Lanai. Even saw whales in the morning. Great way to start and end each day. Great facility.

Overall this place what we expected. Right in the beach with beautiful views. Just a few things. The ceiling fan in the living room didnt work but was provided with a standaline fan. The furniture and rooms needs deep cleaning or replaced. A lot of stains. We ended up splacing the extra beach towels and a blanket on chair and couch to sit on. I would have wished for overhead light or a light near the door to bedroom. The washer and dryer were perfect for we needed, they provided the essential for about 5 days beside Kleenex and wash towels. Overall happy with the place.

Perfect place to relax!!

This apartment was perfect! The view every morning was amazing! Access to its own private beach, grass lawn, grills. The pool wasn’t that big and no jacuzzi but I like there was a shower to wash off the sand before going back to the apartment. Overall 5 stars!

Great condo with a beautiful view

Perfect balcony. Well-stocked kitchen. A little far from town, but it's quieter that way. Not particularly walkable, so I'd definitely recommend renting a car. No complaints at all. Thank you for a great first visit to Maui!

Superb location!

Can't say enough how much we loved this property. It was just perfect for all our Maui adventures. Just a short drive to all you need in Kihei. All the rest of the island is super accessible, too. And the views! We had breakfast watching the sun come up over the mountains and dinner watching it set against the ocean. It was magical.

Amazing

We had an amazing time. Booking was easy, communication was great. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. And the view! You can't get much better! Sitting on the lanai and just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful ocean and sunsets was the best part of our vacation. We will be back.

First trip to Hawaii

The property was excellent, just as described. The apartment was very well equipped. The view from the balcony was lovely and the nearby town of Kihei really funky and fun. Only negative was little light in the bedroom and the noise of traffic from the road, but it became white noise after a while.

Relaxing vacation

The property was clean and well maintained. Our only complaint is that emails sent prior to trip via VRBO link went unanswered by Maui Real Estate who manages this particular unit. However, when we reached out by phone, response was timely ( thank you Thomas!). We would stay again. The view is amazing

Fantastic Property in Maui

Would definitely stay here again! This really is an ocean-view property with direct access to the ocean. We had breakfast and coffee on the lānai every morning, enjoying the view. Everything was as-advertised and in good shape, and yes, the AC units worked in both bedroom and dining room! Great location to other parts of the island with a car, though not very walkable to restaurants, groceries, etc. There is lots of parking space at this property. We also walked along the beach for a long stretch and it was fairly quiet/not a lot of people, which was perfect for us. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect location!

Older property in excellent location. Neither ceiling fan worked although there were pedestal fans provided. No response to my question about laundry soap, toilet paper ran out, so we purchased our own. Overall, a very good experience

Great experience

This was a pleasant stay, sitting in the balcony and watching sunset. There were some beach equipment such as chairs umbrella . But we didn't use it we ended up walking on the beach. Great place to stay this one. Only 2 suggestions: Needed clear parking instructions and some cloth washing powder that I purchased.

Will definitely be back!

This was the first time using this app. I was hesitant at first, but received such quick and excellent communication from everyone. We stayed 5 days on the island and loved each minute! The incredible ocean view captures you as soon as you walk in! This place was beautiful and had more than what we expected. We felt very much at home here. We will absolutely be back! Mahalo!
