Overall, our stay was wonderful. The condo is easy to access and conveniently located to shops, dining, and beaches. In fact, the condo complex is one of the few located on the beach side Kihei Road. In the mornings, when sitting on the balcony, the only thing you can hear is the surf and the birds.
Pros: The view. I sat on the balcony every morning and every evening and watched whales breeching and turtles feeding down by the NOAA sanctuary. In addition to the above, the condo was well-appointed with everything we needed for our stay, including lots of towels, plenty of beach items (chairs, boogie boards, umbrella). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and dinners during our 8 night stay.
Cons: The cleaning crew could do a better job. I pulled a book off the bottom shelf of the coffee table and there were crumbs stuck to it and the table and the dust in the bedroom was rather substantial. It would be a good idea to clean the air registers, too. The soap in the kitchen was watered down to the point of being useless (but the soap in the bathroom was fine). It looked like the condo was being prepped for painting, too, with patched areas on the walls.
We would definitely stay there again. It's our second time in Maui and the second time in the same condo complex.
