    Only 2 minute stroll to the closest beach! This beach chic, 2 bed, 1 bath condo has just been updated with brand new flooring, and a fully remodeled bathroom with custom-tiled, large walk-in shower. It features stylish and comfortable furnishings with tropical, beach-inspired décor.

    This lovely ground floor condo is fully furnished and stocked with all of your modern amenities and comforts of home near the beach. There is an AC unit in the main living area, as well as ceiling fans throughout. Both bedrooms feature a king size bed, and there is a pullout sleeper sofa in the living room. You will find a Smart TV in the living room and the Master Bedroom, for your entertainment. The unit includes parking and WiFi, as well as beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and some beach/pool toys. For your convenience there are coin operated laundry facilities located just around the corner in the same building.

    Kihei Garden Estates features a custom tiled pool and whirlpool spa along with a full outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ. The property has lush grounds with plumeria’s, mango and coconut trees, hibiscus and palms.

    The Kihei Garden Estates complex, is quiet and well-maintained. The condo is conveniently located close to parking and pool. Ideally located in central Kihei makes it very accessible. It’s just a short walk to some of Kihei’s best dining and shopping. Kihei Garden Estates is also on the same block as a beautiful stretch of white sand beach, making it very easy to enjoy your favorite water sports or a leisurely stroll along the beach. The condo is very conveniently located - near the ocean, with sea turtles on the beach, grocery stores and multiple restaurants nearby.Bonus: beach chairs, umbrella and coolers available.

The kitchen was stocked nicely!, but some dish towels would be useful.There are laundry rooms in the Condo premises , but not in the facility. Having 2 king beds was awesome. ..

Comfortable stay with good beach chairs and coolers included. Easy walking access to beach and functioning AC in every room which was important to us. Plenty of towels were provided for a family of 4 over 5 days to use. Only minor note is there was only a tiny travel set of shampoo and soap which wasn’t enough for the number of occupants and length of stay, but there is a grocery store nearby where you can get basics.

Wonderful Condo

If you are planning to stay in Kihei, this condo is a wonderful option. The facility is nice and quite, near the beach, as well as centrally located in Kihei. I would highly recommend this place to others!

Dear VIP,Thank you very much for everything during our stay. We had a wonderful and happy time, and we truly appreciate your hospitality. Maui and Kihei are beautiful places, and we would love to visit again.However, there are two things we feel we should let you know.First, we witnessed a man staying on the second floor of the condominium chasing a woman while holding a baseball bat. In addition, during our stay, a woman appeared outside late at night shining a flashlight around. As I was traveling with my children, these incidents made us feel quite frightened and concerned about our safety.Second, we unfortunately lost some of our belongings. On our last day, we stayed by the pool until late, and the camera, iPad, and AirPods that we had left by the poolside disappeared. We were very disappointed by this.Despite these unfortunate incidents, we think Maui and Kihei are wonderful places, and we hope to visit again in the future.Thank you again, and we wish you all the best.

Great place for my family

Comfy and roomy place for my family on Maui for a short weekend trip. This home is close to stores, restaurants and shops in Kihei literally. Parking is no issue and the pool on property was awesome. Definitely will be a place that will be saved for future stays on Maui.

Great location for Maui vacation

The condo was a perfect location for our one week stay in Maui. Convenient access to local beach, groceries and restaurants with short drives to beaches in Kihei and Wailea. The condo itself also had everything we needed for the week in a comfortable space with the added bonus of a good pool for local relaxation. Communication with the property manager was also excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay and location

Very clean and comfortable stay! It was super close to a nice beach and amenities. All beach items were supplied there including towels, chairs, umbrellas, sunscreen. Would highly recommend.

Very comfortable stay.

At the listed price, this place in Maui is a steal. It's clean, and the check-in and check-out process is easy. Grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants are within walking distance, and the best part is that you can easily walk to the beach.

Great location!

My family of 5 stayed at this condo for 2 weeks. It was comfortable and the kids loved the pool. The condo is in walking distance to a grocery store, resteraunts and the beach. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Maui stay

Very walkable to coffee, shopping and restaurants. The beach across the street has beautiful views, but not swimmable. But very nice swimming areas 1-2 miles away.

If you stay in Kihei there will be a major difference in wind and wave action on the beach. Further north you will find the surf a bit more rough. Beach at this location is quite calm and kid friendly.

2 min walk to beaches, grocery store and shops. Private pool for complex guests. The suite has everything you need, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie board, even beach toys for the kids! Thank you so much for a great stay in Maui! Mahalo!

Hello, the place was very nice. Had plenty of room the A/C and the fans worked out great to help with the heat. The place was very clean. Location is great easy to get to all places. Concerns: There was an older gentleman that is balding he walked by me and when I said good evening he just grunted. Weird but ok maybe he's not a people person. But the thing is that he was being creepy and was watching from a far, just didn't get a good feeling about that guy. When I was going to the house he was watching from behind a car. Just odd.Went out early today and came back to the place to find the TV was on!??! This is concerning for safety reasons. I did not leave the TV on so not feeling safe being in the room.See pictures, In the main bedroom there is this square cutout in the wall that leads to somewhere. I tried opening it but was held together by something from the inside. Again creepy. Not going to be staying here again. Mahalo

Great location!

Having a grocery store a half block away was great and the beach is only another half block away! Also - an Avis rental car is only about three blocks away so don't rent at the airport. It will save you a lot of money! Nice condo and nice pool also!
