Highly recommend! Beautiful condo, with incredible views of Ulua beach and the lovely grounds of Wailea Ulua. Very comfortable bed and updated furnishings. Communication and check in / check out was clear and easy. We will be back!

Would stay here again for sure!!!

Condo seems recently updated. Everything felt new and fresh. Kitchen well equipped! Great lighting and overhead fans as well as AC. Super comfortable mattress on king size bed. Slept great every night! Condo sits just above and off path to beach. We loved sitting on patio with morning coffee and our view of the ocean and activities in the distance. Pickle ball court was fun for younger family members when they came to hang out with us. Game nights around the table. We would definitely come back!!

This condo is about as close to perfection as you can find in Wailea. With easy access to both Ulua beach and the Wailea beach path, this is the ideal location for beach bums and walkers alike. When we ate at the condo, it was always on the spacious lanai, with fantastic views of the ocean. The condo itself is well appointed, and the bed is extremely comfortable. I checked out less than a week ago, and I'm already looking forward to my next stay here. Book this place - you won't regret it.

Excellent location. We’ve stayed many times. We had some minor blips with number of towels and clean dishes in cabinet. Had to rerun all the dishes. Manager quickly took care of towel situation and we would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

This reason to rent this place is location. It's close to both the pool and the beach.I rented two units for a family vacation. The other unit, though farther away, was luxurious compared to this one. Improvements needed: 1) a printed guide to the unit and the TV. The available PDF wasn’t at all helpful. 2) Seating in the living room needs a comfortable update. 3) outdoor table came with only 3 chairs. A fourth would be nice.

Wailea Elua 1201

The location of the property is exactly what we hoped for. My husband and I loved sitting on the patio and looking out to the ocean. We could hear the waves and watch the sunsets. Additionally , the close proximity to the sandy beach was fantastic for swimming , walking , and snorkeling !

Perfect place to stay on Maui

Wonderful setting that looks out at the beach. You get a really great view of the beach and sunset from the couch or the lanai. The unit is top notch with very nice furnishings inside and lots of patio chairs of different sorts outside on the lanai. I loved the cushioned rocking chair. We ate breakfast watching swimmers, paddle boarders, canoes and other activities

What a fantastic place to enjoy for two weeks.

This was our 23rd vacation trip to Hawaii over the past 40 years, and we have stayed in many different hotels and condos on all of the islands. However we have stayed at the Elua Village more than anywhere else as it is our favorite. It is like living in a botanical garden. Although we have been in a few units closer to the water, or with a greater view of the water, this was by far the nicest unit we have ever had. The owners have updated it wonderfully to make it look like new. It is equipped with everything you will ever need. All the interior furniture and accessories add to the perfect atmosphere.The view from the patio is fantastic and a great place to just sit back and relax. We will definitely request number 1201 the next time we travel to Maui.

Hawaiian perfection

Incredible spot. Super clean condo with amenities and views. The location was perfect with very easy access to the beach, restaurants, and Shops at Wailea. A lot of space on the grounds for our boys to run around. BBQing by one of the two pools became routine. We look forward to returning.

The unit was perfectly located in Elua. Less than 5 min walk to large pool & fitness room & beach. Pickle ball courts & small pool located rt as you walk out the front door. Security guards very nice. Unit was fully stocked! Comfortable bedding, new bathroom , kitchen, flooring,etc. I would definitely come back!

The Perfect Honeymoon Spot

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect for a couple. The unit was stocked with things that we didn’t even think about, which was such a bonus! The beach chairs and cooler came in handy every day and it was lovely to come back after a long day out to hangout on the covered patio. The management team was super helpful and very quick to respond when I was trying to check in. This place felt like home for 7 days and we enjoyed everything about it! We will definitely be staying here again!

Maui Condo with Water View

What an outstanding stay we had. We go every year for the annual AMOS conference and for the first time rented a condo staying at Grand Waliea. We will stay here every year if we can! Exceptional location, very nice property and super responsive management company. Wife and I loved it!
