  • Maui Kamaole #J-106 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the ground floor. It has split system air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, flat-screen TV. There is a California King bed in the main bedroom, with split system air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV, and full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, split air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom is den-like with shutter pocket doors. In the living room is split air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. For outdoor activities, Maui Kamaole #J-106 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Sleeps 4.
    Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
    Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
    Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
    We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
    Kamaole Beach #3 is just across from the upscale Maui Kamaole. This property features lush tropical landscaping, and two gorgeous pool areas with hot tubs and water features. There are gas grills peppered throughout the property and tennis courts available for your use. The Kamaole Beaches are world famous for their pristine water, long sandy shoreline, and great snorkeling. In addition during the winter, the humpback whales are just off shore and put on a great show. You will also enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. You also are within walking distance to activities, shops, and restaurants and a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

This was a lovely condo. The property management was fantastic. We were able to secure a late check out on our final day. The process was easy. We plan on returning here next year.

Simply put, we’ve been returning to the same condo for 7 years…most relaxing and place on earth!

Paradise Once Again

This condo unit is truly a paradise to for our family to come back to every year. Well located, well looked after, very clean, and with terrific owners. We always enjoy our stay thoroughly.

Our family of four had a lovely holiday here. Condo is clean, nicely decorated, has a fabulous location and best of all the beds are comfortable (including the pull out)! We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Condo and Property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'm so grateful that this condo was available for our stay in July. The condo was spacious and the patio was a nice size. The condo was stocked very well in the kitchen, bathrooms and for the beach. The pool is located just a short walk across the parking lot. I rented this condo from Rentals Maui, what a great group to rent from, very helpful and pleasant.

Perfect condo in paradise

Wonderfully appointed clean condo in Kihei with access to beaches and nicely designed pool. I’ve stayed in Maui several times and I’d say this is the best condo I’ve rented.

Wonderful Vacation

Our family really enjoyed this vacation. As mentioned in other reviews, the unit is packed with beach equipment, making our stay more fun (for the kids) and comfortable (for the adults). We would definitely love to come back.

Truly a home away from home!

We loved everything - hosts were friendly and helpful, the place was clean, quiet, cozy and very well equipped. A few minutes to the most beautiful beaches in the world. I'd love to come back one day.

Home away from home

A great place for a family vacation. The property is as advertised, beautifully landscaped, great location, clean and well stocked. Property management company is prompt and responsive. The only negative point is the second bedroom is actually a den, quite small with no windows. Nevertheless, we had a great time.

Great property in an excellent location

Clean, spacious, and well located. This modern, well-maintained unit was very comfortable, and made for an enjoyable stay. The pools and hot tub on location are a nice addition, and the short walk to the beach was very convenient. Aside from a lot of paperwork to get this unit booked, I'd definitely recommend this unit!

Great Condo, grounds & location!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property where host is super responsive, helpful & provided the details that guests would want during stay including beach chairs, beach towels, & cooler! The ground level lanai that seats 4 we used everynight. Pool area & lush grounds like a resort. 3 beaches walking distance along Kihei road along with shopping & restaurants. Great location. We would stay again.

Family friendly condo

J-106 was a great location with everything a family would need. Having a ground floor unit was perfect for our 2 daughters to run around and play. It was very quiet and private. I highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful

After working myself nearly to death, I needed rejuvenation and I found it at this place. 10 days of peace and comfort, not to mention Maui. I would recommend this spot to anyone. It is the perfect launching pad to explore and enjoy the gifts of the island. I will return.

Great place to stay

We loved this place. Everything was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable. Love the first floor patio and grass area. Great location close to both pools but not next to them. A bit of a walk to the beach but worth it to be in this complex which is probably the nicest in the area. All communication with owners/management was easy and efficient. Can't wait to visit again!

AMAZING PLACE

Our stay here was perfect. The town was right there, great beaches for swimming or snorkeling, and anything you could ever ask for was provided. I can't even think of something to complain about it I wanted to. I was in contact with Christine when booking and again prior to arriving and everything was in place for us. There were lots of beach supplies, chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. Me and my family had a great time.

Fantastic Christmas Holiday!

We loved this condo! It was very nicely decorated and well stocked with beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards etc. Beds were very comfortable. It was close to the upper pool which the kids loved! The lanai was a great place to have our morning coffee or entertain in the evening. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone and we hope to be back! The Kluthe Family

Perfect vacation property for our family of four!

The condo was clean, modern and equipped with everything we needed. The pack n play along with all the beach gear (chairs, umbrella, buckets, masks, snorkel) was very much appreciated. Being on the ground floor was also ideal for kids to run out the door and play safely in the grass. Both pools are great too. We would definitely stay here again. Owners were very kind and responsive.
