Great place in South Kihei

We had a fantastic stay here and felt it was nicer than the photos made it appear. The unit was a great location within the complex near the upper pool which was better for kids and had a nice view out to the water while being far enough from the main road road to stay quiet. Our only minor suggestion was that it would have helped to have a clear list of what is in the unit in the description (e.g 3 adult beach chairs, 1 child beach chair, beach sand toys, 1 small cooler, etc.) and having a few more things for kids like a pack n’ play, high chair/booster, boogie board, would have been nice but these things are super easy to rent through the services in Maui.

All the Comforts of Home

This property was well-stocked (lacked for nothing), clean, quiet, beautifully decorated, spacious, close to the pool and grilling. There is an ocean view because you are on a hill. The lanai was large and well appointed. Nothing at all to complain about. Enjoyed the varied birds that are there with all of their different calls. Close to restaurants and beaches. Would definitely stay there again.

Very good rental with great views and a nice location

We loved this Maui VRBO! The view was very nice, location was solid, and the place had top-notch furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommended for a fantastic Hawaiian getaway. The addition of a murphy bed would make this the ideal family condo.

Great Condo

Great condo, great location, fully equipped, very clean, grounds perfect, pools, bbq area, parking all very close. Couldn’t have been much better. The view although a little distant from the ocean was still great, could see whales from the lanai. Afternoon Sun off the lanai, very close to restaurants, grocery, beaches. Great for morning walks into Wailea. Have vacation in Maui 7 times in the last 10 years and this was the best all around condo yet and pricing was reasonable.

Wow - the sunset views!

I spent a week at this condo and it was wonderful! The condo is very well decorated with high quality & modern furnishings. The kitchen is well stocked with all you could possibly need & has top notch pots & pans, plates, knives & silverware. This is something that I value & appreciate so much. I have stayed in many condos before & I can’t tell you the poor quality that I have come across. It is definitely not the case in this condo. The best part of all are the views. The sunset views from the back lanai is spectacular! My only side note would be that the bathroom towels could use a refresher. They have been well used over the years & could be replaced. I would absolutely stay here again! It’s a great condo!

Better than advertised!

I arrived at the condo and the online check-in was very easy with code for the door. The unit was everything the pictures showed and more. Everything was labeled and explained well. Very clean and well decorated. Central location made going anywhere easy. Would absolutely recommend!

Beautiful condo… amazing view and location

I am so thankful we were able to book this condo on short notice as we were already on the island and had issues with our current rental. From the entrance to the property, I was glad we chose this unit. Condo comes with its own designated parking spot very close to unit. Ground floor unit with amazing views of the ocean. The whale watching from the lanai couldn’t be beat. One recommendation I would suggest here is a good pair of binoculars for future tenants to get some close up views of it all. Pool is close to the unit and amazing… I have nothing negative to say about this condo and would book again. Thank you for opening up this condo to us for the duration of our stay in Kihei.

A1 stay experience

This was our first time using Vrbo. We found the whole experience smooth and exceptional. The unit was very well appointed, containing everything you could possibly imagine that we would need during our stay. We spoke with the unit manager at check in, who was very accommodating and provided us with plenty of helpful tips while staying on the island. Great experience all round.

Best property ever

I can't say enough good things. The place was immaculate. It was so well organized and well stocked. The decor was beautiful. The view was amazing. The location was perfect. The layout was wonderful with trade winds blowing straight through the condo. It also had a completely private lanai great for drying gear that could be unlocked and accessed from the parking lot. The only minor thing that would have made everything perfect was more comfortable pillows. The pillows were huge and hard. They were comically bad. We just laughed laying on them with the height causing our chins to tilt forward and pin against our chests.
