Very good rental with great views and a nice location

We loved this Maui VRBO! The view was very nice, location was solid, and the place had top-notch furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommended for a fantastic Hawaiian getaway. The addition of a murphy bed would make this the ideal family condo.

All the Comforts of Home

This property was well-stocked (lacked for nothing), clean, quiet, beautifully decorated, spacious, close to the pool and grilling. There is an ocean view because you are on a hill. The lanai was large and well appointed. Nothing at all to complain about. Enjoyed the varied birds that are there with all of their different calls. Close to restaurants and beaches. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Condo

Great condo, great location, fully equipped, very clean, grounds perfect, pools, bbq area, parking all very close. Couldn’t have been much better. The view although a little distant from the ocean was still great, could see whales from the lanai. Afternoon Sun off the lanai, very close to restaurants, grocery, beaches. Great for morning walks into Wailea. Have vacation in Maui 7 times in the last 10 years and this was the best all around condo yet and pricing was reasonable.

Parking right in front of the unit, a big plus. The unit itself is showing its age somewhat but had all the amenities that you would want for a nice day on the island. Nearest supermarket we found was a safeway about 10 minutes drive away.

The unit was exactly like we expected based on the photos and had everything we could possibly need. I was really impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was. Having two kids, it made it very easy to do some cooking and not have to eat out all the time. We loved the location. Close to everything in Kihei but tucked back off the road so it was quiet and peaceful.

Great place in South Kihei

We had a fantastic stay here and felt it was nicer than the photos made it appear. The unit was a great location within the complex near the upper pool which was better for kids and had a nice view out to the water while being far enough from the main road road to stay quiet. Our only minor suggestion was that it would have helped to have a clear list of what is in the unit in the description (e.g 3 adult beach chairs, 1 child beach chair, beach sand toys, 1 small cooler, etc.) and having a few more things for kids like a pack n’ play, high chair/booster, boogie board, would have been nice but these things are super easy to rent through the services in Maui.
