Nice place to stay

The condo is clean and quite spacious. The kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. The property is very close to the beach, we got to enjoy the sunset everyday.

Nice clean unit in a great location in the complex

Great stay. Close to the best bbq areas, pool, and gym. The couch be a little more comfortable, but I know with pullouts it’s hard. Thanks for a great week!

Peaceful time

The condo couldn’t have been better. It was well equipped from linens, to the kitchen, to furnishings. The location is wonderful. The beach is even closer than we thought! Sunsets are awesome and so are the views of the West Maui mountains.

Great Condo and awesome vacation

This condo was simply amazing. The ocean view, lack of sun, and proximity to the pool were all great! Whether it was morning or afternoon we could be on the lanai at any time due to the shade and simply enjoy the environment . Would definitely book this condo again!

Fantastic Location

We loved our stay at Kamaole Sands. The condo was very well equipped with kitchen supplies, beach toys, boogie board, beach towels, etc. I would suggest some thicker bed pillows for comfort, but other than that we had a great time!

Fantastic location, great accommodation

The condo was perfect. We were very happy to have everything we needed for a day at the beach and all the necessities we could ever need in the kitchen and condo. We'll be back!

Fabulous Stay

This was a perfect space and location for our family. Excellent communication and spotlessly cleaned. The location to the great Kam II/III beaches is truly footsteps away. We would return without hesitation.

Clean, all you need for a great vacation

The check in and check out process are easy. The appartment was clean with a huge balcony for breakfasts. Washing machine, dryer, beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs, cooler... It is really quiet. Walking distance from a beach where you can snorkel and restaurants. Near the best snokelings spots of the island.

Was very impressed with the updated condo. Had two other family members staying in the same complex, and there condos were no where near the updated and “homey” feeling like this room had. Overall a great place with beautiful grounds and quick access to beaches and stores. Only thing I would change, is being able to check in or out later due to flights. At the end of the day, would still come back and stay at the same room.

Ideal!

Thanks for a great stay in Maui! The location of this unit is ideal: central so you can easily explore the whole island, with west-facing beaches for a beautiful sunset. Extra touches that made our trip easy: 1) a little cooler and ice packs that we used to pack picnics for our site-seeing adventures 2) beach towels and a washer/dryer so we had more room in our suitcases. 3) The kitchen had what we needed for the week, including a vase for the beautiful flower bouquet I bought at the farmers market Thanks so much!

Well stocked for a fun family vacation

We had everything we needed for a fun beach vacation in Maui plus lots of great tips on places to go and things to do. We appreciated the local books, beach supplies, games and kitchen pantry items. All of which made it feel like we were staying in a home (and not a hotel). The management company was super helpful in coordinating an important FedEx delivery. Mahalo

Perfect!

This lovely condo was perfect for an easy stay near the beach. We loved the ameneties provided, very cleanly with simple layout, and the hosts left a guestbook with wonderful suggestions and recommendations. I personally enjoyed sitted on the outdoor patio with the partial beach view and pool/spa view. In the front of condo that balcony was perfect for sunsets, which were incredible. Overall very comfortable place to stay, as described, had beach equipment we could use. Easy internet access and air/fans. They even had an electric tea kettle and tea! All instructions were clear. Our honeymoon felt very cozy with this location being a nice midpoint to a lot of adventures and local places.

Perfect for Relaxing vacation

The condo was clean, well equipped, and tastefully decorated. One bedroom unit but with kitchen supplies for a whole family! Large balcony patio with gorgeous view of pool and grounds as well as a partial ocean view. Location is great. Right across street from beach and close to stores and restaurants. Host was very communicative and helpful. May seem like a small thing, but I appreciated that the elevator was super fast and convenient. The propert feels like it is so well maintained. Thank you for a great week!

Great location, very comfortable

Overall, really enjoyed our stay. The condo was super comfortable and clean. The location is great. The construction going on in other buildings at the property had minimal impact - very little noise but there are construction vehicles and materials throughout the parking lot. The unit has several beach chairs and an umbrella. It would have been great for my kids if there was a boogie board and sand toys. We bought some sand toys though and were able to rent a boogy board from the pool area. Otherwise, the condo has everything you would want!

Great vacation!

couldnt ask for a better, location, excellent stay, the only grief I had was the no exceptions 4pm check in, especially when your flight arrives at 10AM, also they still required a credit card for "esentials" at check in even though youve already paid? didnt understand why they needed my credit card when they had nothing to do with my stay?

Not quite as advertised

We were disappointed in the overall cleanliness(dirty furniture, bugs in the kitchen) as well as the lack of basic items such as beach towels (only 4 beach towels provided), large beach bags (I purchased my own), and a big enough cooler for a family to pack for the beach. There were also very limited beach amenities. Only chairs and umbrellas. No boogie boards or beach toys for kids.

Fast repair response

The air conditioner in our room was extremely noisy. We also had a shower track that needed to be glued. I called for service and a handy man was there within the hour. He had to go to a hardware store to get a bushing for the air conditioner, and some very strong glue. It took less than two hours to fix. Great service!!!!!

Good for the price

Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Useful beach equipment stocked as well. On the downside, we were often woke up very early by roosters and other very loud birds. We also had to leave the condo for an afternoon with less than 24 hours notice, so pesticide spraying could be done. Not sure it worked, as we found a large cockroach in the shower the next day. Overall not the best adventure but we do like adventures.
