The condo was neat and nicely decorated. The location was excellent. The slider doors were difficult to open and close and make note there is no iron or board…just a steamer! Everything else you need is there! Beautiful view and very nice beach to walk!

It was a great location off Kihei absolutely loved the view from 6th floor, easy parking, clean facility and the room itself was HUGE! The balcony going across both rooms was a bonus. Also, bonus board, chairs, towels, different coffee makers and the tupperwear for example. Some zipper plastic bags and Lysol/equivalent cleaner would have been helpful— i bought and left the clorox spray. Also, I was somewhat dismayed that there was a park before the beach, it was advertised ON the beach- that I would mean I walk onto the beach from the parking lot. I won't dock it a star for that but only because the beach was only 5 mins away. But if my older mom or esp Grandma has come, we would have had to drive which is what we were trying to avoid with this place. Overall thank you for the clean gorgeous place !!! Aloha!

Love this painting and the fish and actually all of the art in the condo was gorg. Ill mention too the bed was perfectly cozy as were the pillows! Not too firm not too soft.

Condo has everything you need! Even had a cooler, 2 beach chairs, ice pack, 4 beach towels.Loved being on the top floor. Super quiet building and private beach. We saw lots of whales from our room. Plenty of free parking.Nothing in walking distance, but plenty of food and groceries with in a 4-5 min drive. The room does not have a washer and drier, but there’s a small laundry room that is super easy to use on each floor. 2.50 for the washer and 1.50 for the drier. Pool and hot tub area is great. Never got crowded.Would absolutely stay again. We drove about 10 min down to rent kayaks and go whale watching. Kihei is a nice area with everything you need and central to all sightseeing. Room was comfortable, updated and nicely decorated.Bed was fine. Not horrible, nothing fancy. My only complaints (which are minor):A few more blankets would be niceA cookie sheet (we bought a frozen pizza for dinner) Few more bath towels (we had 4 for 9 days, 2 people. I had to wash them half way through the trip)Pool code in the email was December’s code. We never got the January code but luckily people let us in.

The hosts were very friendly and responsive, and all the instructions were clear and easy to follow, which we really appreciated.The overall stay was pleasant. But there was a minor issue: despite being informed that regular pest control is conducted, we did notice some small roaches.That said, communication was excellent, and the hosts were very helpful throughout our stay.

Beautiful place

We loved and enjoyed everything about this place. It had everything we needed and more. Absolutely amazing sunset views in the morning! That was our favorite part of our stay. Thank you for having us.

The property is well appointed and as advertised. Host provides everything needed. Great location, perfect view of ocean, safe and quiet. The Island is small so this is a nice location for beach and resturants but the mountain hikes are easily reached. Grocery nearby walmart about 20 mins 20 mins away anmminutes

Wonderful getaway.

A great property with amazing views and easy access to the beach. The perfect location for us, as it was close enough to several shopping and restaurant hubs, but also private enough where we never felt overcrowded. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to family and friends!

Great!

Great property. We could see whales from the lanai. Perfect set up. Great location. Walked the beach, saw a humongous turtle sleeping on the beach, sat in hot tub, swam in the pool, ate in town at Diamonds, great food! We would love to stay again.

Ocean view and Pickleball

We spent 8 lovely nights in this well appointed condo. It was perfectly situated to watch the whales and also to walk to the park for some pickleball. We walked the Long Beach and even snorkeled on the calm bay. Everything was as shown on the description- no issues, just a great vacation.

Amazing get away!

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Maui. We live on a different island and this was the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway that still feels like home. It has a beautiful view to enjoy coffee or wide down a the end of the day. Very pleased with the amenities included just incase you forget something! Overall, great stay for a great price!

Wonderful condo

Very nice condo! Exactly as described. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Location is convenient for shopping and restaurants. Plentiful parking. Joey was extremely helpful when ever we had questions. Communication was great. Highly recommend this Kihei condo. Would definitely return.

Perfect beach condo

The Kauhale Makai condo was absolutely perfect. It is beautifully remodeled, peacefully decorated, and very comfortable, with a view of the ocean from every room. Check in and out was very easy, and communicating with Joe was easy as well and he was very responsive. The location is perfect, with easy access to every area of the island! Parking was plentiful and accessible. We also really appreciated the provision of beach towels, chairs and everything else you could need to enjoy a day at the beach!
