  • La Suite Makai (junto al océano) es la suite más cercana a la famosa playa kamaole 2 de Maui y ofrece impresionantes vistas al mar y acabados de lujo. Los exuberantes jardines de Maui Banyan cuentan con 2 piscinas y jacuzzis y varias áreas para comer al aire libre y barbacoa. Esta propiedad cuenta con una recepción y seguridad las 24 horas, servicios de conserjería y está a poca distancia de todos los divertidos restaurantes y tiendas por los que es conocido South Kihei.

    Este edificio es de construcción de bloques de cemento y es muy tranquilo dentro de la suite. Esta unidad ofrece la mejor ubicación ya que está más cerca del océano, tiene vistas y acabados tremendos y está lejos de los topes de velocidad en el camino de entrada, lo que produce ruidos molestos y repetitivos en algunas de las unidades unas pocas puertas más abajo. Al estacionamiento (ver Google Earth).

The place is about perfectly located on the island. You can really get about everywhere from here easily. The actual unit is literally directly across the street from the beach. Just down the street are rental spots for boogie boards etc. It is awesome to not have to drive once

Our weeklong stay at this property was outstanding! The host was great to communicate arrival and check-out instructions. The apartment accommodated our family of seven very comfortably (with the sofa bed). It had great beach access and many restaurant and shopping options within walking distance. We enjoyed the beach chairs, boogie boards, and other beach toys available on the patio. The host has a nice kitchen and a washer/dryer set for eating in and doing laundry as needed. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again in the future.

Great location!

This was *right* next to the water and many fabulous restaurants. Lisa was so extra helpful before we came and the place was great with everything we needed.

Business Stay

I booked my employees to stay there while on a business trip, unfortunately they never made it to the beach, but they liked the space and the all the great conveniences of home such as laundry, and the full kitchen. They would like to stay there again if they get sent back.

Kihei Maui Banyan Stay F102

This place was right across the street from Kam II beach. There were shops and places to eat within a couple blocks. The kitchen was well-equipped. There were beach towels, snorkel sets and a sand bucket with toys. The pool and hot tub were great temperatures and clean. It was a great place to vacation.

Amazing location in Kihei

We had a great time at this condo in Kihei. The location is great, it was very walkable to restaurants and shops and didn’t realize how much we would appreciate it until we were there. Kamaole beach park II is directly across the street and was an amazing beach, and we used the snorkel equipment available in the unit to see sea turtles off the reef at the south side of the beach. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Would definitely stay here again, and also get the cinnamon buns down the street!

Great time exploring this side of the island! 1 week is not enough, so many activities to do. The condo is perfectly located, very quiet and well equipted! Lisa is a very great host!

Great spot with clean rooms, shampoo/conditioner, and goodie basket

Lisa definitely added the special touches to make it more comfortable here. The pool was warm and the hot tub was super hot. Great spot and great host. You are welcomed with a goodie basket full of Maui treats that were delish!

Great place!

This property was exactly as described. It is directly across from the beach. And this beach is not as crowded as others. Easy to get to and easy to go other places from. I would highly recommend this condo.

Second trip to Kihei. Absolutely loved this condo. Location is perfect. super clean. Lisa was accommodating and responsive. She was a joy to work with. The small things are what really added to the experience. Meaning there were basic condiments available cleaning supplies some paper products so after a long trip, shopping was less urgent. And when you’re on vacation, anything that makes things less urgent adds to the experience. If I were to own a short term rental, this is how I’d like it managed.

Comfortable convenient

Great communication from the start. Accurate posting. Easy check in. Everything you need for comfortable stay while still being clean and warm and not full of clutter. I would stay again and recommend!

Great Location & Amenities!!!

We really enjoyed our stay with our family @ Lisa's condo. Perfect location with the unit being on the ground floor & beach being directly across the street. Loved sitting out on the Lanai in the morning with a cup of coffee listening to the birds & waves!!!

Great stay

My friends and I went to Maui for a quick 2 day, 1 night trip. Lisa was very kind and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated all the small touches that made the apartment feel like a home away from home.

Excellent property exactly as described

Stayed there July 15-21 2023 The unit is stocked with everything you could want. Was the best stocked kitchen of all my rental stays. Parking was never a problem and the beach is right across the street with great sand also on the ocean bottom. There are plenty of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. The host Lisa was extremely responsive and the instructions were clear. There is one queen bed and another bedroom with 2 double beds. I would definitely stay there again.

Grandma and family Maui Banyan vacation

The unit was fine. Thankfully my children and grandchildren had a wonderful time in Maui.My review is regarding an accusation of 9 family members staying in a 2 bedroom unit. We were a family of 9 with 2 units. T building, 5 family members, F building, 4 family members.This is part of a much more involved story, hence the 1 rating given to us.One thing I would suggest, all payments should be made through the VRBO platform

Very nice Condo

Very nice condo in a great location. Walk across the street to watch beautiful sunsets. Very close to shopping, restaurants, and beach. A lovely gift basket was waiting for us when we entered. Lisa had everything we could want from beach chairs, towels, to personal items in the shower. Lisa was very responsive to any question or issue. The only issue would be to have a better organized parking garage. Each day we spent a lot of time hunting for a parking spot. I would definitely rent from Lisa again and at this location.
