    Beautiful views in a beautiful unit. You will love the remodeled kitchen and bath. Upgraded granite kitchen and cabinetry. Take time to relax with your morning coffee as the whales swim by. Amazing unit at amazing resort. Enjoy your Lanai throughout the day including into sunset as it is protected from the wind and direct sun. This air-conditioned unit features a cal-king bed in the bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa and TV in the living room. Amazing property with fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Close to it all, whale watching, snorkeling, scuba, hiking, biking, surfing, paddle boarding, and dining. The resort is one of the finest on Maui. Amenities include Heated pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi, putting green onsite property manager, onsite restaurant/bar, and activities desk. Barbeque facilities and putting greens also on site. Want a quick night cocktail or dinner? The on-site boutique restaurant is a great place to relax after a day soaking up rays. On-site activity desk is ready to schedule your every desire while on your trip. Although Luau's are recommended to be booked prior to travel.

    Nearby the Maui Ocean center and all that Maalaea has to offer is just a 4 mile drive. This Kihei location is also close to all Kihei, Wailea and Makena have to offer. One of the few beachfront condos in South Maui. Less than 20 minutes to the airport.

    The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
    - beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
    - a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
    - a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
    - drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
    - linens, towels, etc.

    If you have any questions, please let us know.

    Pool Closure: September 14th-28th 2026. This includes hot tub, sauna, and all areas within the pool gates.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful ocean view. The pool area is great with a heated pool, little kids shallow pool, hot tub and sauna. Only gave one star for cleanliness because we happened to be there during big storm and the whole place got flooded and was muddy everywhere during our whole stay. But this kind of storms only happen once in a while. After living in Hawaii for 9 years, this is the first time I’ve witnessed it. I am sure during normal time, it’s clean and beautiful. The unit itself did very well in the storm, it didn’t get flooded as some other units. Also the shower curtain in the bathroom had mold/mildew on it, so it needs to be replaced.

This property location is perfect. Great views, close to everything. Great pool with view and hot tube. Also, there are 6 gas grills and you grill at sunset. Perfect.

Just what we needed.

We had a very layed back, quiet, relaxing stay. We loved the ocean view access and the sound of waves. The condo had everything we needed. The location was great. The beach was beautiful. Walking distance to a local bakery and coffee place. We enjoyed our low-keyvacation

Amazing Sunsets on the Lanai

We had an amazing stay. Favorite part was relaxing on the lanai watching sunsets every night. You have to drive a little bit (5-10 min) to where all the restaurants and grocery stores are but there was a great sandwich shop within walking distance that was open late.

Perfect location and unit

Comfortable with everything one would need. Wonderful views. The second floor location is perfect. Easy access to pool and 2nd floor parking deck is incredibly convenient for luggage.

Paradise vacation

Clean and comfortable ocean front property that was well maintained. The sheets were so soft! The view was beautiful and Sugar Beach Resort is a great quiet property. We had one toilet issue that property management had someone out to work on it in less than 2 hours.

Great Stay!

The view was amazing from the condo. The ocean is right there and you could watch the beautiful sunsets while having dinner. The resort is easy to find and in a great location. The pool was great and the beach was wonderful for walking on. The condo was a perfect size for the two of us and had everything that we needed for a holiday. We would def go back to this condo.

BUYER BEWARE !!! The pictures posted on this listing are NOT accurate! The “ocean view” pictures you see here have either photoshopped out the palm tree in front of the lanai - which blocks 3/4 of the view - or they are so old the tree hadn’t grown. Whatever the reason, this condo view sucks. The “updates” must also be referring to something from 20 years ago as it is not an updated unit. The hot water takes 15 minutes to heat in the bathroom and kitchen and the flooring is old, with a literal hole in the floor between floorboards in the bathroom/bedroom. I never, ever, ever would have rented this place had the listing been accurate. This is a dump - go find an honest listing.
