Clean well appointed and a great location. Love the amenities with pavilion, pool and direct beach access. As with most Wailea condos it could be updated but we really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely highly recommend.

This was a lovely studio condo. The check-in process was simple and the location was very convenient to all the resorts which are literally just next-door. We enjoyed the beach, which was fairly close access You could walk it easily providing you didn’t have any physical limitations or there are several parking spaces and a public lot which you can drive to if you want to shorten that distance. There is also one larger pool on the premises you have access to which was enjoyed by a lot of families. There’s also a separate pool, at least one, we didn’t go over the entire grounds but closer to the unit, which was a little bit smaller and not as frequently used by guests due to its location being further away from the beach. As for the studio itself, it was very clean, easy entry access and really had all you needed for a stay on the island. The balcony/lanai had a lovely view of the sunset which we enjoyed at night after a full day at the ocean. You could barbecue on the grounds use your kitchen if you’d like or go out to dinner, as noted some of the higher-end resorts are literally just a couple of minutes of driving away. We often found ourselves, enjoying a happy hour at one of their restaurants or lounges in the early evening. The commute is about 30 minutes from the airport so easy to get in and out when it’s time to arrive or to head back.

We had a great experience overall. The unit was in a very quiet and relaxing location and is only a five minute walk (downhill) to the beach and to the main Ekahi Pavillion. The studio offers a view of the ocean from the lanai which was perfect for coffee in the mornings and sunset cocktails in the evenings. Although some of the smaller appliances and kitchen utensils could use replacement (the toaster barely worked) the kitchen was well equipped. Our only gripe would be that the bathroom is in dire need of a renovation (get rid of the ancient tub and shower curtain and install a proper standing shower) Other than that, we had a great stay and would stay again.

We loved our stay in the Wailea Ekahi Studio! It was well stocked, clean and perfectly placed - I was able to see a whale from the balcony. It was quiet and the grounds were gorgeous. We really enjoyed our walks to the pool and beach. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great location as always at the resort , communication very good . The unit itself needs some TLC in bathroom . There were no cleaning supplies at all and did not feel I should have to purchase them to keep place fresh while there . A bigger cooler would be very good as well so be full days are spent at the lower pool . Dishwasher did not work and no discount was offered only that I did not have to wash the dishes . Bed was very comfortable and AC worked very well .We did purchase new new h towels from Costco and left them there as ones supplied were very thin and old .

Everything was great and we’d return to this unit we just had to shut off air conditioning at night as very loud and disturbing for sleep. Fans above bed and sofa area kept us cool with no noise from fans. Washer and dryer were super efficient and plenty of good quality towels and linens. A wonderful beach and beachside pool area near this unit.

Great condo in Wailea! Clean and spacious studio. Beach chairs, snorkeling gear and fully equipped for a lovely stay. It was a bit of a walk to beach and pool but great beach with access. Quiet and comfortable with a partial ocean view. Overall positive experience! Wailea is a beautiful area of Maui!

We could not have been happier with this rental. It was perfectly located and everything we needed was right under our fingertips. Any questions we had were immediately answered and they even worked with us for a discounted rate for a late checkout. We HIGHLY recommend staying here

Loved this place, beautiful view easy walk to the beach and quick drive to a ton of other beaches. Less than 5 minute drive to great restaurants. Also had all beach essentials in condo. Only thing I wish they had was basic cooking ingredients like oil and salt, but store is so close. Definitely will be back anytime we go to Maui!

Ekhai Village 48D

We stayed at this property for 9 days. Check in was very easy and the property was as described. The cookies and coffee supplied were a nice touch. We appreciated having both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. The ocean view from the lanai was very good. It is a bit of a hike from the beach back up to the condo but we are both in our 70's and managed it pretty well. The condo came with a wagon, snorkels, beach chairs and umbrella. Beach towels were also available.The minor negatives are that the bathroom is small but this is expected in a studio unit. We were short on some cutlery but expect that will be corrected. This is a great property and the grounds and pools are very well maintained. An adult only pool would be nice. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Studio

We have stayed at Ekahi Village many times and love the location, property, pool, beach. It is truly paradise. This is a gorgeous studio, nicely furnished and decorated. The condo had everything we needed for cooking and playing on the beach. The pool and pavilion are fabulous.
