“1st off, it was a disabled room and there was no where to hang towels. Secondly, there were no toothbrushes nor tissues in our room and we had to ask for it. Thirdly, the exhaust in the bathroom was not working so we had to keep the door open to air out the humidity. We did ask for it to be looked at, however it did not look like anyone came over to diagnose and repair. Forth, we asked for new towels to be delivered to our room and we waited for an hour, decided to walk outside and the towels...

“A lovely, clean apartment building central to the CBD and particularly RAC Arena. Simple cooking facilities and full amenities in the bathroom were just what we needed. The CBD was a 15min walk or the Red Cat stop was just on the other side of the street. Street parking was great on a Sunday however possibly tricky to navigate on a weekday or weekend.”

“In the gym it would be useful to have a 4kg or 5kg set of weights. There is only a set of 2kg then a set of 6kg weights.”

“It was ok, but missed the mark. I usually try and be positive but this place markets itself as a chic inner city stay, the reality is it feels kind of cheap and is abit grubby. The quilt wasn’t in a cover and was foul and stained and the horrible industrial grade carpet had really weird stains too. Appreciate that the noise and arrests happening outside aren’t the properties fault but it all added up to a weird stay.”

“Our stay was an absolute pleasure. Such a clean and well maintained unit. Everything from the bed to the towels and even care products were so luxe. Will definitely stay again and recommend 100%”
