The house itself was spotless and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The BBQ was a definite highlight, perfect for cozy evenings outdoors. “The host was very receptive and communicated well. We had some issues getting the check-in details, but were able to work it out smoothly after communicating with the host. Loved the house was pet-friendly, and had a fenced back yard for our pet to explore. We found the kitchen well-appointed, with plenty of amenities offered. The bedrooms were comfortable. We had plenty of space to spread out. The house felt clean and mostly updated. The owner might consider a privacy fence on one side...

“This house was not ready to be rented to people- the pipes were very noisy and I didn’t have one night of sleep while I was there! Huge cockroaches were in the house as well huge red ants- the management was notified that I couldn’t sleep and didn’t do nothing to resolve the issues. I also felt it was unsafe because there wasn’t curtains on the windows on the main level and I felt like anyone could be watching us. Also there are stairs to all the bedrooms.”

“It was spotless! Beautiful and so unique! The hot tub was a perfect temp. Everything we needed was available. We did have trouble getting in the front door. It stuck and required a hard push to open after the code was entered and it said unlocked. We had trouble with the internet and getting the tv to work because of it but the host was kind and patient with our complaints and within an hour or so everything was working fine. Highly recommend this if anyone wants a very different type of b&b...

“This property was perfect for our stay to visit Berry College! It is a very short drive to the campus. Very convenient! The property is cozy and comfortable. Cleanliness was exceptional! Communication with the host was easy and Melissa is very friendly! She referred us to some local restaurants. My wife and daughter chose Provino's and we were not disappointed. Thanks, Melissa! Even if you didn't book to visit Berry, I think the location is great for anything you are wanting to do. ”
