“Absolutely lovely, the food was lush and the couple that run it are lovely, the service from staff was excellent. We are down this way a few times a year we will definitely be back. Thanks Michelle ☺️ ”
“Sadly we stayed only for one night, the room was comfortable, clean and not much noise. Friendly staff and there is a bar- restaurant with plenty of choises, what we tried for dinner was good and breakfast was also nice.

“I grew up in Coventry, and had the chance to visit and remember somenoff my best memories..shame all my old "haunts" no longer exist!!!. Regarding the hotel, it was clean, close to city. Friendly. Breakfast was good and reasonable. Parking was expensive at ncp lot..but not the fault of Premier Inn. I'd definately stay here again.”

There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room but free tea and coffee in the bar for members and it actually got you out of bed and up so this wasn’t an issue!

“A unique and quaint property. Owners have a long history with owning the beautiful lodge. Perfect for what we needed (1 might stop over). “The hotel facilities are good. Bed is comfy, breakfast is nice. However I was attending a conference and had a parcel delivered 3 days in advance which was received by a staff member. When asking for it, they never found it. I was chasing the staff as i had to basically tell her how to proceed (contact the employee who signed up for the package and track it down, simple!). Not even the reception manager showed up to do something about it nor apologise for the situation.
