We had a great time. The home is beautiful, the view was amazing. Only minor things to comment on (ice maker was jammed in the kitchen, we couldn't find any trash bags. so we had to buy our own); the side by side was listed for use for 1 hr. included in our rental and then the day of arrival we were told we couldn't use it. Luckily we weren't really planning on the side by side as a major thing to do.

Our group of 16 had a great time at White River Ranch for Labor Day weekend. Host was so easy to work with and accommodating. We hope to return next year!

We took my two daughters and their families away for 5 days, kids ranging from 3-11. Had a fantastic time. The owner is very available and responsive. It does take 20-25 minutes to get anywhere from the property, but that’s what we were looking for.

My only regrets were not using the boat and UTV more. There is so much to do, we had some wanting to go to Brandon and Silver Dollar City, other went to the spa and Big Cedar and others wanted to just relax by the pool at the house. At the end of the day, all 14 of us from 4 generations would sit at the table for dinner and share about our adventures of the day. There was some great conversation over dishes or just having a drink in the living room. Looking forward to coming back! The hosts could not have been more accommodating and kind.

This place was amazing. We had a excellent time. The property was plenty big enough for our entire family, 8 adults, 4 teenagers, 3 toddlers and an infant. It had everything needed to stay and do all your cooking there. Barbara was great and very accommodating. We will definitely be back.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 13! Our ages ranged from 1 to 50, there was something for everyone. Your days can be spent relaxing by the pool, enjoying the sauna, taking advantage of the outdoors, fishing, etc. The home is close enough to go in to Branson for a short day, grabbing lunch or dinner. Great location and wonderful hosts!

The property offers so much room, multiple entertaining spaces, lots of games and activities within the home and on the property. My family of nine stayed four nights, and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The pool is heated, and the jacuzzi is perfectly placed offering a great view of the river. The attached cottage next to the pool is very spacious, as well. The home has everything you would need for cooking, as well. We cooked all our meals at the house. The views surrounding the property are beautiful. There is a family of foxes that came to visit every morning, along with deer, rabbits, and a few raccoons at night. I will definitely recommend this property to more family and friends. It’s truly a treasure hidden with the mountains.

Wow! This house is beautiful!! It was decorated for Christmas! Very festive! We started a tradition with my 18-month-old grandson to visit Branson every Christmas season to celebrate, enjoy time together and see all the special sights of Branson!! The home was perfect. We loved having two master suites on the main floor. My sister really LOVED having her own home. The guest house is perfect!! The kitchen was stocked great. The views, the wildlife, the firepit, the hot-tub.....the perks of this home are endless!! Barbara was incredible to work with! She was really focused on us having a great time. We will definitely return to White River Ranch Estate to continue our tradition next year. Thanks for sharing your home with us!!

This was a great property for our family. Ages ranged between 2 years old to 80. There was some thing for everyone to enjoy. From boating on the lake to relaxing by the pool or even driving into town to see a show, we never had a dull moment! The Branson Landing is about a 15 minute drive and had many restaurants and shops. The town of Branson was an additional 10 minutes and had a museums, theme parks and lots of entertainment . The house is close enough to lots of action but far enough away that you don’t feel like you are vacationing in the middle of a downtown. The view from all patios was beautiful and really does provide a lake experience.

We all enjoyed our stay at White River Ranch. The location and views are amazing. We had an issue at check in but that was quickly addresses by the property manager. If you want a relaxing weekend with spectacular views, you can't beat it.
