“Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+”

Hands down, the thing we loved most were the two gentlemen staff/bar tenders in the main floor bar. I mentioned to the first one that I just wanted to see highland cows- he called up a friend and sent us down the street to a local farm for an up-close. “Stayed at The Station Hotel for 2 night's July, easy check in even after hours, room was big and clean albeit basic but had everything you would need, staff were very attentive and friendly, breakfast was amazing, dinner even better and very reasonable price wise, lovely bar and well stocked. Overall a very good stay would highly recommend a visit we will be back for sure. ”

“Great management and staff. Everyone performed above expectations. I had a tv issue and it couldn’t be resolved so they upgraded my room. That was truly unexpected. The food was top notch also. The chef mixed a dip for my chicken that was very tasty.”
