We had a wonderful time at the property. Cozy, private, quiet spot a short walk or ride to the beach. This spot is perfect for a couple looking for a week at the beach.

This was our first visit to the Outer Banks and we couldn't have asked for a better property to stay at. It is perfectly situated in walking distance to the beach, the sound, and main hub of shops in Duck. The amenities are private and the owners are super helpful and easy to communicate with. We'll gladly stay here again!

Sheer Perfection

Simply Zen is beautiful, spotless and everything we needed for a most enjoyable stay! The owners put a lot of care in making sure that our time was nothing but wonderful. We know that we will not stay anywhere else while vacationing in Duck!

We had a wonderful stay at Simply Zen and will definitely be back. Our first trip to OBX was made perfect with the beautiful accommodations. The condo is the perfect size for one couple.

What a beautiful, relaxing property! Our stay was so incredible whether we were at the beach at the end of the private street or in the pool in the calming yard. Situated perfectly in Duck with quick access to all. The condo was incredibly clean and well situated for our mother/daughter vacation!

Getaway in Duck

Our stay on the Outer Banks was awesome. The property we stayed at was as advertised, and just perfect. Within walking distance to the beach and close to all downtown has to offer. Will definitely return and would love to stay at Simply Zen again!

Duck Relaxation

Beautiful property with lots of privacy. My husband and I enjoyed the pool area which was lovely. The condo was very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Beach is close and lots of things to do in town within walking distance.

First time going to Duck, and this was a great place to stay! A yard with a private pool and hot tub at a great price. Owners are super communicative and provide everything you need at the condo. Definitely recommend if you’re planning on vacationing in the area!

We had a wonderful time at Duck! The condo was perfect for my hubs and me. We loved having our own private pool and hot tub in the back yard. The condo is positioned in the middle of the road which meant it was close to the beach and the town. We spent days at the beach and evenings in the pool and hot tub. Perfect trip for our anniversary!

Privacy

Very nice place to have pool, sun, and hot tub to yourself. Nice and relaxing and fairly private. All is just a short easy walk away; beach, shops, restaurants. The owners seem to be very respectful of privacy making guests truly feel like it's Zen.

Walking distance to the beach, hot tub and pool and in the heart of OBX! Amazing home, great communication with owner and they even sent us a video tour which explained everything! Can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this place!!
