“TLDR; keypad code did not work, host unresponsive, no place to stay after midnightI received a text from the host with a door code on the morning of our reservation. I responded that we would be arriving late in the evening.We arrived around 10:30PM and entered the code; keypad light flashed red and did not unlock. I called/messaged the host - no response. I spent an hour on the phone with Vrbo support for them to inform me that we would need to wait another hour to "give the host an opportunity...

“A couple of things: we called ina problem with the water and ice in the fridge. This issue was checked but never resolved (for us). Also a short in the wiring of the ceiling light in the back left-hand bedroom, along with the fire alarm there. Another thing: the backstop behind the kitchen sink in coming off the wall. Need re- glueing or re-setting. Finally, you need a dustpan for the broom, somewhere in the huose.Rest all lovely.”

“Our stay was short but very enjoyable. Communication was great, the pool was perfect for the kids and the people staying in the other units were very nice. It was very easy to get to the beach. I would definitely come again!”

“it was clean and the screened in porch was really nice. the only problem we had is the toilet was acting up and a door knob was acting up, but other than that it was a really lovely stay. if u want to cook while there, there’s no seasonings but all the equipment is there ”

“The property is in a great location close to the beach. The overall property i would describe as tried and needs some work. The bathroom door would not close and the bathroom light would go off and on by itself. The pool had tiles missing on the sides and the bottom had many locations where the surface was peeling and missing paint.
