Jared the host was very easy to get a hold of for any questions. The neighborhood was stunning and the house itself spacious and clean with a full kitchen.(bring a knife sharpener though if you plan on doing any cooking.) Otherwise had a great time and felt very comfortable and welcome.

Hosts were very accomodating. We arrived in an RV and could not park on site, the driveway is extremely steep, but they found us a parking site and hook up! Nice space, open floor plan.

We stayed for four nights - moved one of our kids back to college at UTK. Beautiful neighborhood. Jared and Lee were great about keeping in touch and making the stay seamless. Traveled with our dog and he loved the back yard - lots of hiking and trails nearby too. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of stainless steel (and other types) of cookware. Bring containers with lids or Saran Wrap if you will have leftovers that you want to store in the fridge. Tons of glassware and good dinner plates and bowls - makes it seem like home. Enough of everything (including silverware) to be able load the dishwasher for the day rather than have constantly wash dishes by lunch to have enough clean plates and silverware for dinner. The little things are appreciated. Stocked with dishwasher tabs and soap too. Very nice open plan to enjoy the family time. The theatre space was thoroughly enjoyed by the young adults in our party. ***Plus the rest of us too. Pool table was fun to use & hot tub was clean and private. The driveway is very steep … most of our drivers were at ease with it - a couple of us did not like driving up & so thankful it was summer and no rain while we were there. Great intro book to the house and the area. Thank you!

We had a great stay at what our kids dubbed “the hill house.” Accessing the house was easy and it was well equipped for all of our needs. When we had a tech issue the host was very responsive and helped us get things working!

Nice Large House

The house is large with lots of space for our group of 12! The kids loved the games and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The driveway is extremely steep but the views from the front porch are beautiful

Family Geaduation weekend

Our family enjoyed our weekend at Top of the world as we celebrated our daughters college graduation from UTK. Beautiful house and quiet neighborhood with plenty of fun amenities to keep our group entertained. Plenty of space for our group of 12 adults with comfortable beds and large kitchen. Hot tub was a bonus. Very steep driveway was a bit tricky but photos listed made us aware prior to arriving.

GREAT house!

Awesome house perfect for our family. The owners were promptly responsive when we had an issue with the movie room (it looks like someone changed stuff on them but they talked me through it). Like others have said, the driveway is STEEP, manageable. My only personal drawback is the running nearby isn’t great but the neighborhood makes for a good walk

Thanksgiving for a week

We loved this house. Going into the manicured neighborhood and up the driveway was exciting. That driveway is STEEP! We found it easier to back up the drive. The house was gorgeous. Well decorated. Snazzy. The amenities we used most: hot tub, message chair, movie room( lots of movies to select from and the sound system and chairs made the space perfect), and the gas fire place. We cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday. We had a 7 day stay. With all the bedrooms, we were able to spread out. The teens slept in each day and adults relaxed in living room. Proximity to grocery stores and lots of shopping was a plus! The owner leaves a very thorough book. Our stay was worry free!

Tennessee football getaway

Visited Knoxville for a Tennessee football game. The house was everything we hoped for. Plenty of space for 7 adults. House was clean, kitchen was big and accommodating, and the outdoor space (hot tub and patio area) was a bonus and utilized. Host checked in during our stay to see if we needed anything which I thought was great. Would definitely consider staying here again if in Knoxville in the future.

Wonderful location and neighborhood

Great house in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. The back patio is amazing and great for hanging out and catching up. The front porch overlooks the rolling hills. The driveway is a bit steep so it’s something to keep in mind.

Fun place for family

The space for our group of 6 was good. Nice theater/game room. Proximity to downtown, Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg was great. Reached out to owner regarding some shortcomings and they were quick to respond and appreciated our comments. As another review mentioned, bring some dish towels with you.

Amazing Family Reunion

There was something for everyone in this large, spacious house, as we enjoyed our family gathering. The guys enjoyed playing pool. We all took turns in the massage chair. The kids loved the big open space in the great room to play, and were thrilled to find games and toys in the closet! We watched fireflies in the backyard. But our best time together was watching movies in the movie room! We would definitely stay again!

Lovely home!

We enjoyed our stay and found a lot of kid-friendly activities within 20-25 minutes of the house. The house is lovely and we all enjoyed the hot tub, foosball, darts, etc. There are a few things that would’ve been nice to have (others may want to bring): - dish towels for kitchen - separate beach towels for the hot tub (there are enough bath towels for each person to have one, so they were doing double-duty as outdoor towels as well). We appreciated that it was stocked with toilet paper for the week and paper towels to get us started, as well as dish soap and dishwasher pods. Thank you!

Amazing house

We were in town for graduation and this house was absolutely perfect. It has all the extras that make it a great place to stay and you can see how much pride they put into making it fantastic !!
