Overall the unit was a great location, parking is suspect. There were alot of broken fixtures in the unit, including the coffee maker, the range vent lights, the shower door didn't close, the bathroom door doesn't lock, the bathroom baseboard were dirty and there was dirty tissues under one of the beds. Other than that, the stay was great and i'd like to stay here again if these items were repaired.

Perfect loft for a long weekend in Knoxville

We were in town visiting our son at UT and catching some baseball. The location allowed us to walk to the new ballpark, Market Square, and other destinations in town. The loft was just the right size for the three of us, had comfortable beds, quality furnishings, and all the amenities we needed including the super-convenient parking next door. The trains make some infrequent noise throughout the day but, in general, the noise levels were lower than we expected for a downtown loft. Check-in and check-out were super easy and the host was very attentive. Overall it was clean but the floors and a few other minor things needed attention (I'd give it a 4.5 if I could). That said, this was the perfect place for this trip and it will be our top destination when we return to Knoxville.

Knoxville exploring

Loved the condo! The decor was so well done and relaxining. We really enjoyed coming back to such a nice space at night. Still centrally located, easy walking to several great restaurants. We especially enjoyed the live music pub down the st. Would definitely stay here gain!

Wonderful Experience

The property was clean, very comfortable and nicely decorated. The listing was everything we expected and more. It was a short walk to restaurants and key tourist attractions and a quick drive to the University of TN. We would stay there again if we are in Knoxville.

Volleyball Tournament at Knoxville Convention Center

The property was as advertised. Two bedrooms with queen beds and three one bathroom. The overall price not was very clean. There was some me maintenance issue with the ceiling fan controls in one of the bedrooms that restricted the use of the ceiling fan to n that room. The parking was so inconvenient n Saturated evening due to nonresidents using the lot. Our overall stay was nice and would recommend this unit for anyone that is looked by to stay near downtown Knoxville.

Wonderful location
