The location was great, the place was immaculate. I appreciated that there was coffee and cream when I got there so I didn't have to worry about it for the next morning if I didn't want to. I also appreciate the host putting a blender in the condo for me. This was a two-week stay and being able to make smoothies for breakfast made the whole stay much better.

UTK orientation

This was a lovely and convenient place to stay for visiting UTK. We were there for orientation and getting to campus was so easy….about a 5 minute walk to the student center. The parking was a major bonus. We were there when school was off so parking was ample. I am not sure about during the school year. Chick-fil-a and Chipotle were just down the block so teenagers will love this place. The only drawback is some road noise from the street out front. Buses and trucks go by pretty early in the morning. With fans going, it wasn’t too bad and we weren’t trying to sleep in. Just note that if you think you want to sleep in. Make sure you have a noise maker App on your phone. The place was so clean and nicely decorated. The owners left some welcome goodies for us when we checked it. Such a nice touch and indicative of the wonderful hospitality found throughout Knoxville.

We had a great stay at this perfectly renovated and decorated unit, which was nicely located on the UTK campus. Clear communication from the owners and seamless parking and entry to the building and unit were a plus. Despite the building itself being a bit long in the tooth, it was generally well maintained, and the unit made up for any shortcomings before enterting the condo. The unit was immaculate and well stocked, and the owners provided plenty of nice touches like a welcome tray of snacks, a bottle of wine and access to a turntable and some classic vinyl. The bedroom was sizable and the bed and bedding appeared brand new. The bathroom was sizable and nicer than some luxury hotel bathrooms I’ve experienced. The new washer and dryer came in handy. All in all, 5 stars for this unit that the owners clearly put a ton of creative thought and investment in.

Fabulous!

Completely enjoyed our stay. Chris was very accommodating and had such great communication! The apartment was spotless and had so many little extras that made it so welcoming! Great location for UTK graduation. Would definitely stay here again when we’re back in Knoxville:-)

Perfect Place for UTK visit

Cannot say enough….beautifully decorated, comfortable bed (even the 2nd rollout futon was amazingly comfortable). Perfect location and such easy check in. Having parking in basement is huge!!!

UT Admitted Students weekend

If I could give a higher review (than a 5 star) I would! Chris is very easy to work with and responded promptly to all my questions. The accommodations are perfect, extremely clean and in a perfect location to walk wherever you want on the UT campus. We will be booking again in the near future! Thanks Chris for all the great recommendations and your overall help before, during and after our stay!

Ideal stay in Knoxville

Perfect university location

What a beautiful and comfortable condo! Every detail has been exceptionally considered from communication to amenities. The location is so convenient to visit my two student daughters. I easily came and went to the condo throughout the days. I will definitely stay here again!

They thought of everything

This condo is perfect for a Knoxville weekend getaway. Chris and Ksenia have thought of everything, from the seamless check-in and checkout procedures to the thoughtful local coffee supplies, the comfortable mattresses and soft linens, the fun vinyls, and the modern and cozy decor. We will definitely be back!

UTK beats Alabama Football Weekend 10/24

We absolutely loved our stay at the View on Clinch!! We have stayed at several VRBOs in the university tower building and this was by far the absolute best. No comparisons!!! Every detail was accounted for. We were able to walk to campus and downtown Knoxville. I could not imagine a nicer place to have spent the weekend. And of course we were rewarded with a Vol Win against Alabama!
