“Hotel situado en zona comercial fuera del bullicio de Pattaya. Playa cercana que se puede acceder andando. Está cerca de un centro comercial de diseño vanguardista (muy bonito). Las instalaciones están algo deterioradas y el diseño de la habitaciones es muy anticuado. Desayuno correcto y lo mejor del hotel la piscina Wifi de baja calidad ”

“It is a great hotel far from Pattaya downtown (which we were looking for). The rooms with ocean view are very comfortable with a lot of space. Wifi is included for free and it is very reliable. 5 bottles of water were delivered for free daily. Breakfast is abundant with a lot of choices. The pools are great, in particular the Infini having view to the sea. Restaurants are also of high quality. In summary a great five stars hotel in Pattaya to enjoy vacations.”

“El hotel esta precioso ,bien limpio pero el personal de la recepción no hablan idiomas ,el inglés muy poco.Los restaurante siempre vacíos porque todo bien caro y poca calidad.En el resort no hay nada de ambiente ,por la noche nada qué hacer dentro .La televisión solo ai dos programa en inglés la mayoría todo en tailandés.”

“Es un hotel lujoso, pero muy ruidoso. Hacen funciones como bodas, y los clientes normal sufren por eso. Habia tambores desde 8.00hrs para bienvenido los invitados. No podemos usar la piscina durante estas celebraciones. Durante el dia muchos musica con volumen bastante alto. No es bien situado para el peublo. Tiene playa artificial.”

“Beautiful hotel on the beach. Very friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful. The breakfast is really good with lots of options. The pool was amazing. The only reason I'm not given 5 stars is the quality of the beds in the room. I stayed in the family room which has two bedrooms. The main bedroom had one king size bed, however the bed was very hard. The other room had two single beds roll together. They were very uncomfortable and the beds moved when you sat on them. “NOT RECOMMENDED. One of the worst resorts I’ve stayed at. You can get so much more for your money at other resorts nearby. The location was in the middle of no where and if you want to go into town, you have to take a grab or bolt. There is a hotel shuttle but it’s only at 2pm and 6pm. The “beach” is a dirty short strip of beach. You could walk the entire length in less than 3 mins. The hotel overall is old and cobwebs every corner. The staff are not helpful at all. “The sign actually says resort and fitness spa. But it's actually a few large cabins in poor condition with a pool in the middle. Terrible bathrooms and furniture. Mouldings peeling off the walls. Intermittent house cleaning. Not a place that I would visit again. ”

“ The pools are fantastic. Walking 3 laps around the pools in the morning and 3in the evening is enough to get 10,000 steps in for fitness. The condo was a bit small, but that made it easy for the 2 air conditioners to quickly cool off the rooms. The refrigerator was tiny and could easily fit a medium one in the space provided. Condo was missing a few items to help clean, and organize, like a broom, small towels, a frying pan and some silverware. Also needed shower hooks to hang towels in...

“Very Poor quality of the staff and front desk service. all days reminder again and again the same things and some bad behavior and answers of the 2 men in the front desk. The ony good thing to remark is the big rooms size.”

“Rooms are huge and generally pretty clean. Rooms vary in condition and level of upgrades and the one I stayed in was pretty basic but still nice. If you book, try to book a room on the opposite side of Central Mall and you will have a nice view of Pattaya Bay and the surrounding area. Really enjoyed the huge pool and having massage, restaurant, taxi, tour, laundry, hair and nail salon services available as well as convenience stores on the ground floor was a huge plus.!
