We were really looking forward to a few night get away, and the place look amazing on line. However, we were greeted with a major sewer smell. Granted the host addressed the issue in a timely fashion and claimed to fix the issue but we couldn’t use one of the bathrooms due to the lingering smell. Not an ideal stay. The floors were dirty, very dusty and the hot tub was full of bugs. Overall the construction and maintenance could use some work, gaps in the doors and loose extension cords to the tv’s does not make this a “Luxe” property. On the plus side the hosts / owners were very helpful and accommodating, but property does not feel new as listed in the description.
