We loved it from the first day - the restaurant is first class, the room was enormous (140 sqm + terraces), sea views, spa and massage - will recommend anytime

Ingen informasjon om renovering av bygningen. Arbeid fra 10-17 hver dag, mye støy. Ett av tre basseng stengt. Etter ca 15 reiser til Thailand, har disse definitivt den hardeste sengen jeg har opplevd. Dårlig søvn.

J'ai aucune idee comment et qui donne le nombre d'etoiles chez hotel.com !!! Mais assurment ils ont jamais visités cette établissement pour y attribuer 5* A notre arrivée au premier regard cetqit evident que nous etions pas a la meme hôtel que les photos prises surmenr il a 15 ans sur le site ! Nous avions réservé 2 nuits mais apres une nuit nous somme parties Hotel viellisante et tres tres malpropre Dejeuner tres ordinaire Éloigné Restaurant et bar malpropre Chambre a une odeur humidité Il a pas de plage et le bord de mer est pleine de dechets (bouteilles de plastiques ect ...Elle a jamais ete nettoyé depuis des annees) Nous avons eu des hotels 4* qui auraient pus etre classé 5* mais celle-ci est d'avantage une 3* et je suis genereux Je recommande absolument pas cette Hotel malgre la note donnée par hotel.com

We stayed for nine nights at this property. I would like to give an honest and objective review of this property as it is a tale of two halves. Firstly on the positive side the property itself is excellent. The apartments are spacious, nicely furnished and well equipped (although with some evidence of some ageing, wear and tear). They have amazing views out to the ocean and are kept spotlessly clean. The pool areas are also very nice (although there is a serious shortage of sunloungers - 12 for the entire resort, luckily it was very quiet!). All staff are very helpful. On the negatives the resort is on a steep hill so not suitable for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues. It does not have a beach as the images suggest. The sea frontage is rocky and dirty and not suitable for swimming. More importantly the resort is literally in the middle of nowhere!! You have to get a taxi anywhere at a minimum cost of $12 - $15 each way which adds a significant cost to your evening out! There is one restaurant in the property which closes at 19:30, far too early and the place is dead by 19:00. The restaurant is OK and reasonably priced, but obviously only one venue is very restrictive and repetitive. The same restaurant serves a very limited breakfast which at best was OK. If you want to go to Ko Samui, stay in good quality accommodation and do absolutely nothing then this place is worth considering. However, not great for anyone looking for more to do, nice beach access etc.

A Great Value
Firstly, this is not a 5 star property but I knew that based on the price. That being said, the value was great. The property is nice and secluded. Great views of the water but don’t expect much of a beach. The pools looked amazing but were closed due to Covid. Breakfast was a la carte and was above average but not excellent.

The restaurant is marvelous. Food, atmosphere and staffs are all good. I recommend to have a private BBQ dinner outside. My children played and enjoyed the nice swimming pool. The room with a balcony is so wide and relaxing. Also view from balcony is beautiful. I recommend to drink wine at the balcony. Thanks very much. We stayed fantastic time.

We just stayed there for 1 night but it took us 5 min to agreed that we could stay there for SERVEL of nights! The rooms, hotel and the staff amazed us. Great great and more great! Will definitely stay there next time we come to Koh Samui

We stayed at shasa the first week of November. The respite was pretty quiet with not too many guests and we very much enjoyed the relaxation. As many reviews mention, the resort is not close to any ‘city life’ but we found a regular taxi driver via a friend and he took us home from Lamai , chaweng and bophut several days. A regular taxi back from Lamai was 15usd-ish. We didn’t mind that. For breakfast we had our own choice from the menu which we liked and then we’d take the hotel shuttle to Lamai or chaweng for the evening. Staff were lovely, sometimes a challenge with English. We would visit ShaSa again, it is a great place to catch some relaxation.

Spacious modern open concept design. Nice swimming pools. Friendly staffs. Not impressed with the Beach, it’s rocky and muddy. But they provide shuttle to Lamai & Chaweng beach which are nice. Toiletries bottles are made of glass, not child friendly. My child accidentally broke the shampoo and I was charged. Not too happy about that.

Absolutely a hidden 5-star gem in Koh Samui. The rooms were HUGE, I would qualify my 3-bedroom suite as a full-fledged house really! Everything is well-equipped and the bath tub was the size of a king-sized bed! The staff were also very pleasant and made our stay very comfortable. The beach is nothing to shout about, but they do have a sister resort in Chaweng Beach that allows us access to the beach there with lounge facilities which we greatly appreciated.

Het resort is van alle gemakken voorzien zoals geweldige zwembaden en spa-mogelijkheden. Alhoewel het hotel aan het strand is gelegen, is het strand niet geschikt om te gebruiken en om te zwemmen in de zee vanwege koraal en rotsen. Het hotel voorziet bezoekers met het aanbieden van een shuttle service naar twee stranden. Reistijd: 40 minuten.

Quiet and relaxing hotel
We spend 2 weeks family holiday in Koh Samui and wanted to have 1 week in a quiet and relaxing hotel and another week in more busy environment. Shasa was chosen for the quiet and relaxing week and it fully met our expectations. Excellent place for children to star the holiday; several pools, beautiful seaview, safe, quiet, nice staff.

The hotel is at a really isolated location without any actual beach accessible at all. The thin rocky coast is covered by trash. The only one restaurant near by is in the hotel. Only two shuttles out and taxi to anywhere is quite expensive. Cold receptionists. Insanely restricted policy because they know people will regret. Sincerely recommend to think twice before booking.

一間各方面都令人滿意的酒店，包括用餐，泳池，員工服務。。。 唯獨是地點偏遠， 如果沒有自駕， 交通出入 非常不便。。。另外附近沒有街燈，晚上步行外出用膳， 難免變得動魄驚心。。。
