Perfect location.

Clean and comfortable, and we especially loved the spacious patio overlooking the small cove. We would definitely stay there again if we could have the same unit 101C.

Fantastic Beach Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is fantastic. Easy walking distance to the beach. Restaurants and shops closeby. Salt water pool was wonderful. Best part was falling asleep to the waves crashing on the cliffs. Beds were comfortable and showers were great. We highly recommend this home.

This property is simply fabulous and peaceful

Our stay at this property was tye perfect location. It was clean, quiet, peaceful and the perfect location to simply chill out and watch turtles! This is my 3 rd time there and I will be returning!

Beautiful views!

This house had everything we needed for our 5 night stay! The views of the ocean were amazing! You could hear the waves crashing on the lava rocks and we enjoyed watching the turtles swim in the water. The house was clean and office staff was friendly and helpful. Great location - very close to Poipu beach. It was a great home base to explore the island. Will definitely stay here again if we have the chance to come back!

Great location in Poipu! Convenient to food & our excursions. The view is beyond AMAZING 🤩 We watched sea turtles everyday! The condo is clean & updated. We felt very comfortable there with plenty of room for our party of 4. The washer & dryer was a plus. No negatives about this place. Book it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach, easy access to the airport, restaurants and activities. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable and the showers were great. It was amazing falling asleep to the waves crashing on the cliffs. Based on reviews, I was worried about the parking situation. It was never a problem for us. We rented a BMW five series and had no issues.

Beautiful views

This condo was perfect for our needs. It was quiet. The view was spectacular. It was so nice to sit and watch sea turtles while drinking a cup of coffee. The condo included beach chairs and boogie boards, which was very helpful. It is just a short walk to Poipu Beach. Overall, the condo was perfect and I would love to get a chance to stay here again sometime soon.

We had the best experience at Poipu Shores 101C!

The condo was so comfortable and inviting. Check in was easy and so was check out. The location cannot be beat. We loved watching the turtles swimming and we even saw whales breaching from the back patio. I will definitely choose this condo again if we have another opportunity to visit this beautiful location.

Honu Heaven

Our 3rd time staying here at 101C. It’s a perfect vacation every time. Unmatched and gorgeous views. Double rainbow, Spinner dolphins, Tropicbirds, dozens of Honu and Shearwaters at night just during our firs 24 hours. The condo is super clean, modern and comfortable. We’ll be back again! Thank you

Stunning views!!!

As gorgeous as the condo is inside, it’s the ocean views that really had us wowed. Every day, we could see dozens of turtles, pods of dolphins and even a couple of seals! The condo is perfectly situated between several beautiful beaches and hiking trails, and within an hour drive to either the north shore or west coast. An absolutely beautiful spot!!

Views views views

This condo is situated in the bluff above the ocean that makes for literally makes the ocean directly your back door. The views are amazing and the 24/7 sound of the ocean waves was so calming.. Seeing green turtles, manta rays, spinner dolphins was also an incredible bonus! Love the quaintness of the grounds: only two buildings of accommodations makes for a more private, quiet, chill experience. The pool on the edge of the ocean was amazing too!

Fantastic condo on the edge of the world

What a wonderful charming and well appointed home to truly soak up the sun and the majestic pacific ocean. This place did not disappoint, the views are spectacular and the private patio and balcony provide a relaxing spot for morning coffee and evening drinks. You have your own nature show every day with plenty of green sea turtles, birds and friendly gecos. If you have an opportunity, stay here. We will be booking again!

February 2025 stay

Nice, roomy property in a beautiful location. Comfortable living spaces. Kitchen fairly well stocked. Extra large patio area was a great bonus...being on the end made property feel very private.Poipu shores is in a great location, walkable to beaches and close to most places in Poipu. Complex is a little dated, parking is tight and a bit limited. Pool is nice but cold as heater was broken when we visited. People with disabilities may have a difficult time here given the access from parking lot. But overall I'd highly recommend this property and this unit in particular.

Great view of ocean and sea turtles

Best parts of condo were the view and the communicativeness of condo owner. AC downstairs was out for most the trip but was fixed our last night. Dishwasher was out of order all trip as well. Some dishes were left dirty in the cabinets but not a huge deal, probably the previous person that stayed there. Interior and bed was decent but parking was very, very, very tight.

Kauai stay

loved this place for quiet and proximity to beach. I would suggest a little loving care is needed. The ice machine was broken, the lock on the door didnt lock, but a handyman came and fixed it, very nice guy. Also the screen door downstairs needed replacing. I would love to have more plastic food containers for storage and plastic cups for patio use, also need updating to beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for the beach. these arent a huge deal breaker, would just make for a perfect stay. we plan on returning next year and would love to stay again. we liked the entire set up of the condominium complex. thanks for a great vacation. maholo cynthia

Bug infested nightmare

The master bedroom was infested with 1000s of beds we had to all share the child’s twin bedroom until we finally gave up and left. While the property company did try and help they didn’t respond for over 6 hours and left us very little options. The suggestion of 10% discount to stay was totally unreasonable and they did nothing to compensate us for our horrible experience.

AMAZING Property.

As someone who obsesses over reviews and accommodation choices I will say this exceeded my expectations! There was not one other property that I saw on this island that I thought had a better view. Turtles, stars, waves, lava rock, yes please. It’s easily walkable to 2 awesome beaches: one calm, one for boogie boarding. Great layout, the only bed that hasn’t hurt my back in years, well equipped kitchen, private. Parking is the only downfall. Knowing this ahead of time plan on a smaller car if you can or have your people get out before parking. We are a family of 5 so we had a little larger vehicle. Save yourself time and just book it! I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn’t dreaming!
