Espectacular condominio en la unidad de la esquina frente al mar en Kuhio Shores

Complejo más cercano al agua en Poipu, esta unidad de esquina en Kuhio Shores está situada en el tercer piso. Los huéspedes repetidos vienen año tras año para disfrutar de nuestro condominio con aire acondicionado frente al mar. Ya sea para dormir con el sonido de las olas, relajarse en el lanai disfrutando de una bebida o viendo a los surfistas, las ballenas o la familia de tortugas marinas que vienen todas las noches a alimentarse, quedarse aquí será lo más destacado de su viaje. !
Nuestro condominio es de un dormitorio con una cama king size. El baño está dentro del dormitorio. La cocina totalmente equipada cuenta con licuadora, microondas, cafetera, etc. Tenemos toallas de playa, sillas de playa, sombrillas y refrigeradores para uso de los huéspedes. Hay instalaciones de lavandería en cada piso del complejo.
En comparación con otras unidades de un dormitorio, nuestra unidad de esquina tiene varias ventajas. La vista es espectacular: 270 grados. Puedes mirar hacia la bahía y las montañas verdes más allá, y todo alrededor, por la costa de Poipu. Las ballenas, marsopas, surfistas y tortugas se pueden disfrutar desde la privacidad de su lanai. Hablando de privacidad, nuestra habitación está en el lado del océano, no a lo largo del pasillo en el lado del estacionamiento. Todo lo que oyes son las olas, no las salidas nocturnas o los huéspedes que llegan temprano con sus maletas. Si son recién casados o jubilados, definitivamente apreciarán la privacidad. Las unidades de esquina son las más grandes en pies cuadrados con una sala de estar más grande. Otra ventaja de nuestra unidad de esquina es la ventilación superior. Las enormes ventanas saledizas que miran hacia los vientos alisios permiten el flujo a través de la ventilación cuando las ventanas laterales o la puerta corrediza están abiertas. También agregamos aire acondicionado para los raros días en que los vientos aliados no te enfrían lo suficiente.

Perfect escape to Kauai. Everything about this place was exactly as advertised. Perfect view of the ocean, excellent south shore location within walking distance to the best shopping and beaches. Good parking. Quiet neighbors. We would definitely come back again!

What a beautiful home we stayed in! Outstanding ocean and bay views. Loved being on the third floor, had total privacy and enjoyed seeing numerous turtles cruising by. Condo was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. King bed was comfy and loved listening to the waves break just yards away while falling alseep. A/C was wonderful to have. Perfect location as many resturants or stores are just a few minutes away. Visited our three favorite restaurants again. Tidepools, Keoki's, and Gaylords. Enjoyed the Sugarloaf Pineapple Farm and highly recommend the Makai Golf Course Sunset Tour. Inexpensive and was the highlight of our trip!

This Kuhio Shores #309 rental was the most well equipped of all the VRBO rentals I've ever stayed in. Usually there is something missing, either flatware, toilet paper, whatever,...but not here. It had everything you could imagine and more. More pots and pans, towels, sheets, paper goods, even a drawer full of various ziplock bags! And the view is AMAZING. Every afternoon we watched turtles frolicking in the surf below the lanai and the adjacent Lawai beach had some pretty decent snorkeling for Kauai. The location is also perfect, being near all the south shore hot spots. In conclusion we loved our stay. A+

True paradise. Love this corner unit condo. Will definitely stay here again. It has everything. Clean. Comfy bed. Full kitchen. Unmatched views of the ocean. Turtles right outside the windows all day long. Minutes from Poipu Beach and shopping. Beach House restaurant right next door is the best on the island. This was exactly what my wife and I were hoping for on Kauai. Check out Kauai Coffee Company. Condo host is real good communicator. Mahalo!

We loved this place. It was beautiful. The views were stunning could see sunset and sunrise. The bed was very comfy - we had everything we needed. The beach chairs umbrella and towel were perfect for us to explore the island. Can’t recommend this place enough.

We spent a week in this delightful corner condo and the views are spectacular! There’s a beautiful cove to the east and open ocean to the south. Breathtaking! Every day we enjoyed watching surfers and turtles from the balcony. The living area in the condo is bright, very spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen is well designed and well equipped. The king bed is comfortable and there is ample storage; a huge closet, a chest of drawers, and two night stands. Window shutters in the bedroom provide privacy and darkness for late sleepers. There are coin operated laundry facilities on each floor. We loved the condo complex location. There’s a fabulous restaurant right next door, The Beach House, which has excellent food and lawn seating overlooking the ocean. The small beach next to that is great for snorkeling. We saw so many colorful fish! I would not hesitate to book this beautiful place!

This amazing condo is an over the top experience for living aloha on the Island of Kauai! 30 feet from the Ocean in front and a Bay on the side. The views are spectacular! Everything was so welcoming and had all the creature comforts of home and then some. Booking was a breeze! Prompt response to our questions. Coffee every morning on the lanai with breathtaking views of the ocean and the honu, sea turtles. We stayed mid April 2023 and never needed AC. We loved having the windows open and hearing the waves at night! Very safe location. The host and Vrbo agent, Jennifer K were fabulous and very accommodating to our schedule. This is a great location to base out of for day trips. Snorkeled with the sea turtles and marine life. If you want a truly memorable stay in Kauai, you've found the right place! So happy we did! Mahalo!

Lovely view of the ocean on two sides of the condo. You can't be any closer to the ocean without being in it! We watched the turtles swimming and surfers surfing every day from the balcony. Snorkeling is just a short walk away on Lawai beach. The condo was clean, well stocked and decor had a local Hawaiian vibe. The location is well situated to south and west end island amenities and activities. I would definitely recommend!

We loved this property! We spent so much time watching the sea life from the balcony. We saw turtles and whales while enjoying our morning coffee, can’t really beat that! The condo is close to a lot of beaches, shops, and activities. It is stocked with all the basics of what we needed for our vacation, including beach gear and a fully stocked kitchen. The condo was very spacious and comfortable, we had a wonderful time!

From the moment we walked in and saw the incredible ocean views, we were so happy we decided to stay here. Loved spending time on the lanai, or sitting in the living room just watching the ocean, with the turtles, whales, surfers, snorkelers, sunrises... Going to sleep with the sound of the waves or waking to views of the starry sky in the middle of the night were also highlights. Loved our stay!

The light-filled corner unit practically hung over the crashing surf - delightful! An older unit so plenty of space. Well equipped - the mattress was extremely comfortable. Right next to our favorite restaurant - the Beach House - and a good snorkeling beach.
