This condo is located just a two-minute walk from Brennecke's Beach, which is an excellent boogie boarding beach for the experienced boogie boarder or body surfer. Or take just a short walk to Poipu Beach for a children's swim area, playground, and excellent snorkeling. You will be a quick drive from local dining and shopping spots to provide you with everything you need at your fingertips. A brand new split Air Conditioning unit was just added in the living room to assist cooling in the house and loft!

This unit is situated on the ground floor with a garden view where you can watch and feed the birds if you choose, while enjoying an outdoor meal or drink. If you'd like an ocean view, simply walk up to the loft level and enjoy a second lanai for wonderful additional vistas.

Start your day with a game of tennis on the shared courts (small additional fee) , then head down to the beach. Cool off in one of the shared pools, then make a delicious meal with local ingredients in the fully equipped kitchen. Offering cable, a DVD player, private washer/dryer, and free WiFi, you'll have all of the comforts of home. This home also has a loft upstairs and a balcony that gives way to lovely views.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
