“Excellent location between Poipu Beach and Shipwreck beach. You can access beaches, the Grand Hyatt resort, Lava Arch, and the Maha'ulepu Heritage Trail by foot via a very nice walking path. Also close to a magnificent fruit stand, but walking there involves walking alongside a highway without a sidewalk, so better to drive. House is well equipped. Great kitchen, plenty of towels, etc. The bathrooms for the Queen suites are minuscule, so be prepared for that. Indoor and outdoor living could not...

“Good access to Brennecke's Beach. Host tries, but is not in Hawaii ... if you need anything sorted out, it may not happen. Place is OK but being allowed to run down somewhat. Not all A/C units worked; we were fine, but this may be a problem in spring/summer/fall.”

“We were a family of 10 and there was plenty of room for everyone. We especially appreciated having highchairs, a pack-n-play and kid-friendly sand toys at our disposal. Having two washers and dryers on property were great, as was the garage full of extra supplies that were accessible as needed. Brandon, the property manager, answered all our questions in a timely manner. Our only complaint was that the reservation process was unorganized. “Golf courses, beach, shops were nearby. House was very spacious and clean. Having two refrigerators and two sets of washer/dryer was a plus. The property manager was very friendly and responded promptly to questions.”

“This property is one of the best our family has ever rented … stocked with items to make our stay most enjoyable. Plenty of towels, beach equipment and snorkeling gear, caddy wagon, games for kids, walking routes to nearby beaches.Group of 10 from our family stayed including 3 granddaughters age 6, 7 and 8. Communication with the host and manager was first rate. The most accommodating people we have encountered.”

“Absolutely incredible property. We stayed here with a large group and there was more than enough space for everyone to spread out without feeling on top of each other. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and has everything you could possibly need, but the outdoor setup and club access (the pool and pickleball were huge hits) took it to the next level. Plus, being less than a mile from Kiahuna Beach made daily trips so easy. Couldn't have asked for a better home base in Poipu!”

“Great home in a great location. Welcome book with all the info you need for your stay. Walls are a bit thin (we had a baby with us and needed to make sure we were quiet in the entire unit when she was sleeping), but the space was perfect (spacious and clean with all the things you could ever need). Complex had a pool but it wasn't anything special and we mostly drove to different beaches anyway. Host was quick to respond and very nice. Price seems a bit high, but overall would stay again.”

“View of the ocean from the deck and inside daybed by window are what truly make this unit stand out. The nearby Foodland has excellent food choices prepared or to cook at home, which was nice because it rained often during our stay. ”
