“The staff at Best Western The Lagoon Manado were excellent. Sonya / David and their team made sure to give us the utmost attention and care beyond our expectations. They truely deserve a commendation. However, the hotel pool bar currently isn't operational (it would be nice if it was). Also, some of the windows on our room were not sound-proofed properly and as a result we were often awoken in the middle of the night by loud noises from the outside. Perhaps the windows could do a revamp.”

“The hotel is well located on the seafront, with a lovely ocean view and direct access to a large mall, with good shopping and food options. The room was clean and nicely furnished, spacious with a very comfy bed and plenty of hot water. The pool is on the 6th floor and is clean and well maintained, however there is no shade, there are umbrella holders, but sadly no umbrellas, lots of guests were looking for shade. “Very good mattress, spacious and clean room and bathroom. High ceiling and decoration makes it really cozy. The breakfast is good offering fruits, western and indo dishes and eggs. Internet wasn’t that reliable. We stayed 2 nights there, the second we had a drunk neighbor that was really noisy at 3:30 a.m. That made us noticed that there’s a noise isolation issue at the rooms, you can even hear the TV sound from next door. So if your neighbor is quiet and polite you won’t have any issues.”

“Nice and clean room, comfortable mattress, very helpful staff with good English. The bathroom was very small, but well distributed.”

“Bruyant avec aucune insonorisation. La chambre donne sur l'axe principal qui est très circulé même la nuit. Pas propre, hormis heureusement les lits Salle de bains très vétuste Climatisation défectueuse On s'attendait à du basique, pour une courte nuit en venant de l'aéroport, mais là on est proche de l'insalubre. ”

“What a grand lobby, in its day this must have been magnificent. Rooms are tired, staff were very helpful.”

“Vicino al centro commerciale. Hotel pulito e staff ok Non posso valutare la colazione perché avevo l'aereo all'alba ”
