“We loved the view from the lanai! We had breakfast every morning there. Beautiful sunsets! The apartment is dated but it has all the essentials for a perfect stay. Well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer. No issues for finding a parking space below the building. Good location, close to Kona center and close to other attractions like snorkeling, manata rays, etc. ”

“There are so many great things about this Condo..mostly you CANNOT beat the location for the price. You are ocean FRONT! Sitting on the lanai itself is a vacation, watching waves, sunsets and surfers is so relaxing. Yes the place could use some TLC but honestly didn't care. There are somethings that are just going to age due to not having A/C it is what it is. Musty smell, no prob open up the doors. We had everything we needed. Bed comfortable/clean.Washer/dryer. Plenty of towels/linens....
