We rented a car at the airport so getting to the property was very easy. Pierre, the property manager was waiting there to give us the keys and show us around. If you're looking for a quiet relaxing vacation this place would not be for you. There's a daycare next door so you have a screaming kids at 7:00 in the morning, The Roosters waking you up at 4:30 and the barking dogs. The house itself is pretty well maintained and clean enough. The beds were comfortable the pillows were not. I stayed for two and a half weeks and was only given one set of linen for each of the bedrooms . The Linens could use an upgrade. We had to buy all our own toilet paper, paper towel , dish soap, hand soap , dish rags , dishcloths basically anything to run a household is not supplied. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. They have a charcoal barbecue I was expecting gas that was an inconvenience to us. The furniture and chairs could use a good cleaning the cushions are very dirty. The house was very hot so we had to leave all the doors and windows open to get ventilation. By doing this we were overtaken by mosquitoes which were very annoying as there were no screens on the windows. The bedrooms had air conditioning and fans which were a blessing. I think the biggest disappointment for us was the pool. It's a beautiful pool but we could not swim in it. There is a family of iguanas living under the pool and they defecated in it daily.
