I wouldn't change a thing!!

We spent 5 nights in unit 2001 and it was absolutely perfect! So clean and well appointed! We discussed it after we left and there is nothing we would change about it! Perfect location and all! WE LOVED IT!!!

Very clean! Couldn’t ask for a better location - we spent most of our time on the deck or beach. Views were perfect! Our only complaint was the bed in master. Definitely needs to be replaced.

First trip to Kure Beach

We loved the updated kitchen and master bath. The rest of the condo needs updating. The sofa and rugs were dirty and need replacing. We actually covered the sofa with an extra sheet before sitting on it. We enjoyed the balcony furniture and view. So close to the ocean! Fort Fisher was an added bonus.

Got into the unit a little early. Minor maintenance issue was resolved timely. Unit upkeep was good.

Great location and experience overall

Booking and early communication were easy and excellent. Being that we stayed over a holiday weekend it meant the prop management staff were limited in response time but that was not a problem for our visit and understandable. The house was as advertised and a great location for anyone looking for beach access and a pool option for a vacation. Very close to aquarium which was a great surprise. House was also equipped with smart televisions so we could log into our apps like Netflix, hbo, Amazon very easily on multiple televisions. Awesome deck that faces the ocean with great seating options In high sturdy chairs. Would definitely visit this house again.

Overall the condo met our needs space wise and the beds were comfortable. We were disappointed in the view. You can not walk out on the balcony and see up and down the beach. It would have been really nice to have black out curtains in the master and living rooms. The plastic draw curtains were half broken and do not provide enough privacy considering the boardwalk is right there. The rugs should just be taken up and thrown out, they were filthy. If you have T-mobile, don't expect to have texting or phone call service inside the unit. You have to walk out to the parking lot. In general it was a nice condo, if the items listed above were fixed that would make all the difference. Oh and if your kids like to boogie board and you don't want them getting destroyed by the rock piles, drive down to the cove area by Fort Fisher.

Right on the beach!

This was a very nice place. I don't think I've ever been this close to the ocean! The property was clean and well-appointed. It was nice to be able to walk to Fort Fisher.

Beautiful Property!

We had a great time in this beautiful condo. This was our first time staying on Kure, as we usually stay on CB; however, being at the end of the island was fantastic as there weren't as many people. The beach, itself, was also nice. There was a starter basket of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and dishwashing liquid which was nice. I bought all these before we arrived, as suggested, but it was a nice touch for anyone who might have waited until after their arrival to grocery shop. There were several negatives amongst the many positives: was that we weren't aware we were going to have to make our own beds when we arrived. After a long drive, we wanted to relax; but had to put the sheets on all the beds. We knew that the linens have to be taken off after each trip---this is part of the checkout process, which isn't an issue at all---but didn't realize we were going to have to make our own beds. The other negative was actually a pretty big deal: the kitchen was supposed to be fully stocked. I don't expect what we have at home; but, there were only two measuring cups: a cup and a half cup; I don't recall seeing any other measuring spoons. Not ideal when you're having to measure. It also only had one spatula, which was frustrating when we were trying to make breakfast with multiple items on the stove. I would definitely recommend the owners take a $50 or $100 run to get some more kitchen items. The point of us renting a condo rather than a hotel was so we could cook our own meals; we just need the basic tools to do it. And, while the exposed glasses---the only ones that are available--- look nice, I can see it being an issue for someone who can't reach far, as they're high up on a shelf that is over the island so you have to really be able to reach and turn to get them; luckily, my husband is tall and could reach them. This one was my fault: In looking at the pictures, I neglected to see that there are no ceiling fans at all. I'm one of those that sleeps with a fan on 365 days a year so this was kind of a big deal; again, that was my fault but I assume any home in the South---especially at the beach---would have fans. Wifi was great! All in all it was very nice and we would definitely stay there again.

Nicely updated and everything was just as advertised. Our first time in Kure Beach and we will return. Great safe neighborhood and quiet beach with great views. Perfect for a family vacation.

Wonderful Beachfront Property

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was right on the beach as advertised. Very clean and all the amenities we needed for a week long stay. Thank you for a wonderful week in the surf and sand.
