Built in 1990 and renovated in 2020, it combines traditional kelo log character with modern comfort. Beautiful views over Lake Salmilampi open from the windows and terrace, and the cross-country ski track runs right next to the cabin. Ideal for families and groups of up to 6, it offers a private electric sauna, a fireplace and an air source heat pump. The ski bus stop is 500 m away and Ruka Central Square with the ski lifts 2.5 km away.

The space is distributed across the ground floor and a loft above.

Living room & Kitchen: The ground floor offers a cozy living room with a fireplace, a Smart TV, a DVD player and a radio, plus a spacious hallway and free Wi-Fi. The open-plan kitchen was renovated in 01/2020 with an induction stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Dining is set with two 4-person dining sets, tableware for 8 and wine glasses. A travel cot and a highchair are available upon request.

Bedroom & Loft: Downstairs has one private bedroom with a 160 cm continental-style double bed. The loft accommodates 4 people on thick mattresses, reached via steep ladders, giving a total sleeping capacity of 6.

Bathroom & Sauna: The bathroom includes a shower, a washing machine, a drying cabinet for outdoor clothes and a hairdryer, with a separate indoor WC alongside. Directly connected is your own electric sauna with a pillar heater offering soft, comfortable steam.

Outdoor area: Step out onto the terrace for fresh air and views over Lake Salmilampi. Firewood and wood storage are included, and there is a parking area with one heating plug for cars.

Please note that final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased separately from the host.
