It accommodates up to 4 guests: a double bed in the loft and a fold-out sofa for 2 in the living area. Please note: the stairs to the loft are steep. Tableware for 4 is provided, and EV charging is available on-site. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

The apartment is laid out across the ground floor and a loft, with steep stairs leading up to the loft — please take care on them.

**Living room & Kitchen:** The open-plan kitchen and living room includes a convertible sofa bed for 2. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and electric stove, plus a TV, CD player and radio. Tableware is provided for 4 guests.

**Loft:** Reached via a steep staircase, the loft holds a double bed.

**Bathroom & Sauna:** The washroom includes an indoor WC, a shower cabin, a washing machine and your own electric sauna, along with a drying cabinet for clothes, a hairdryer and ironing equipment.

**Outdoor & Parking:** A parking space is available at the property, with a car heating plug (1 socket) and the possibility of EV charging. A wood shed with firewood is also available.

Please note that final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased separately from the host.
