“Went to Quebec City with our kids for a family vacation. The apartment is centrally located but off the beaten path enough that it is very quiet. There are 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment but we didn’t find them to be an issue at all. The one caveat is that the roof deck is right next to the main bedroom window and anyone in the building can go out there.
