Family/friend trip for a few days on the lake. The place was perfect. Rented a boat from Whitman’s Hollow marina which is 5-10 minute boat ride away and a good place to gas up. Jet ski’s were a blast and close to some great places on the lake (jump rock and swing ropes).

Great Stay

This was a great place to stay for our family of 13. We rented a boat from nearby Whitman Hollow Marina (10 minutes by boat) and were able to dock it easily for our stay. Nice place to stay on Norris Lake. Great views, and the firepit area was awesome.

The stay was great, but there seemed to be an ant problem in the kitchen and there was a stair on the stairway to the lake with an x taped on it. It was completely loose . We had to be very careful to avoid it. It would have been quite a fall. Otherwise lots of fun. Liked the layout of the house and we had beautiful weather!

The property is nice, great space on the lake. However the upstairs had no AC which slept about 10 of our group in one big room. They were sleeping in 80 degree weather which was definitely not ideal. Also make sure to take pictures after you leave the VRBO!

A/C was poor

We stayed over July 4th weekend and the water was perfect. The upstairs A/C didn't work at all. The owner left numerous fans, but with 18 people in the house, it was too hot to sleep. Some ended up staying in hotels and most left a day or 2 early which was NOT ideal. Kitchen had 2 refrigerators which was really nice with our big group. Being able to rent the waverunners was also nice.

Amazing family vacation

We had a great family vacation! Plenty of room for all of us! The decks over looking the lake provided a great place to gather, eat, play cards, hot tub and enjoy the beautiful views! Our favorite marina is Whitman hallow and this house was so close ! Highly recommend this place!

Perfect Getaway!

Great location for our girls weekend! We had plenty of room. The house was well stocked and very clean. We had a great view of the lake from the hot tub and the fire pit! I highly recommend this property!

Great Location

We had a great time in this house! Great location and view of the lake. The house was big enough to have a large family vacation. We rented one of the waverunners and had a blast. Owner was quick to respond and very nice.

Great Cabin with good lake views!

We stayed for a semi annual guys trip. The water was perfect temp (Yes even in the middle of Sept). Hot tub was great too. The cabin is nicely equipped. No complaints!

Great location

Location of the house is great-on deep water on the great Big Creek section of the lake-minutes from Whitman Hollow marina. We had a couple of issues during our stay, but Jason was very responsive and fixed it all while we were there!

Love the views. Great communication with property manager. Lake is a little busy right here but the dock had lots of bumpers to help protoct our boat.

Great view and location. The house handled our crew very well and was easily accessed. Starlink (internet) had some issues at times but we were there to enjoy the lake and that didn’t stop us. Would go back and do again. 👍👍👏👏

Great Lake getaway

This house was perfect for us. Plenty of beds, hot tub, fire pit, and dock for the boat we rented. Jason (owner) was extremely responsive to any questions/issues we had. The house rules were outdated with pricing for the waverunners, but Jason cleared that up with me over the phone. Would absolutely rent this place again!

Nice getaway

We had a nice time at this VRBO. The driveway isn’t great for pulling trailers in, but there are nearby marinas you can keep those! Very clean. Bring extra toilet paper and trash bags for large groups.

Beautiful and peaceful

We had a great time as a family. The home is just as shown in the pictures and the area is beautiful. We had no issue with the driveway, which was something other people had mentioned. It can get a little chilly at night if you visit during the colder months, but its manageable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this home to others.

Great home with plenty of sleeping space and fun activities

My group of 16 had a delightful stay at this property. The place came equipped with many beds, had all the necessary kitchen equipment and utensils, and included various activities that would allow you to enjoy your day entirely spent at the house like the hot tub, free swimming off the dock, and the kayaks. If you are looking for a nice summer getaway without going to the beach this is a perfect location. The host Jason was great throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend booking this house.

Great House!

We had a wonderful time at this house. There were 20 of us and there was enough room for everyone to have a bed and room to spread out throughout the house. It had a nice fire pit, and dock as well, although we couldn't use the jet ski docks or the lift for our boat. The driveway is VERY steep and has 2, 90 degree turns, use caution! Wish there would have been a little more warning about the driveway and the dock, otherwise it was a great place!
