  • Villa privada silenciosa y tranquila ideal para relajarse disfrutando del jardín, del hermoso paisaje , maravillosas vistas al mar o de su original piscina. La propiedad está muy bien situada, encima de San Juan de la Rambla, un pintoresco pueblo costero de Tenerife. 

    Alquiler un coche es necesario para explorar los rincones más bellos de la isla.Todo lo necesario está a solo 5 minutos  Aparcamiento gratuito. Villa Juandana es el lugar perfecto para descansar, desconectar y dejarse llevar!

The villa is spacious, well equipped and very clean. It is in a quiet location with a lovey garden but close to amenities. We enjoyed the two weeks there and Marta was a brilliant host. She always answered and sorted any queries promptly and it was a pleasure to meet her during the stay. We highly recommend the villa.

Wunderschönes kleines ParadiesDie Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft schön und ruhig mit wunderbarer Aussicht.Ein Auto ist hier ein Muss. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht, um die Ferien zu geniessen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.Der Kontakt mit Marta, der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Sie hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt und war immer erreichbar. Authentic Tenerife

A unique property in a beautiful location close to amenities. The casita (bedroom/2nd bathroom) is in an elevated position and is the best place to enjoy the view and morning sunshine. If your party consists of 4adults would definitely recommend renting this unit.

A nice place to relax

a very nice and quiet place to relax. The house is accurately described and the hostess is very accommodating and supportive. The approach by car is a bit adventurous, but you can enjoy absolute peace on a quiet and unimaginable property. We felt very comfortable - thank you Marta :)

Marta and her husband welcomed us with open arms. Super helpful from booking right through to the end of the holiday. Villa lovely and very clean. Please give Dana the cat a big hug and treats from us when you visit!

Very charming Canarian house in a beautiful garden with incredible view!

The house is very well renovated and decorated with great taste! You really feel good there and you appreciate every moment as it is very relaxing place with a real botanic garden with great variety of tropical and local plants and happy birds ! Well done to Marta and her husband to safe and enhance this canarian heritage !

Lovely stay

Marta was a great host nothing was too much trouble. Not the easiest to find in the darkness but we got there! Perfect for two adults and children. We had all we needed.

Schöne Urlaubsoase

Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön zwischen Palmen und Meerblick. Man hat absolute Ruhe. Auto ist Voraussetzung. Das Haus ist mit allem Ausgestattet und sogar mehr als üblich. Von Badeartikel bis Küchenutensilien. Die Kommunikation mit Marta war super und sie war jederzeit erreichbar.Alles war sehr sauber und die Zimmer wohnlich eingerichtet.Wir können die Unterkunft 100% weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Fabulous villa and host

We stayed at the villa in January 2020. The location is close to local amenities and the coast but it is very secluded and has fantastic views. The villa and gardens are beautiful and very well cared for - the pictures are lovely but it was better than we anticipated. Marta the owner was also lovely, incredibly thoughtful in terms of what her guests need and great in her communication, both in advance of our stay and while we were there. We would absolutely recommend it and hope to return.

Ruhiges freistehendes Haus ohne Nachbarn. Pool von außen nicht einsehbar. Haus sauber, geräumig, alles da. Schöner Meerblick. Vermieterin versorgt einen sofort mit allen gewünschten Informationen. Wenn nochmal Teneriffa - dann hier. 5 Sterne

Urlaub in Abgeschiedenheit

Der bergige Norden von Teneriffa ist verkehrstechnisch anspruchsvoll und insofern waren Fahrten von Haus aus immer eine größere Aktion- aber aufgrund der Bewölkung im Norden der Insel häufig die einzige Option auf Sonnenschein. Gefühlt haben wir daher zu viel Zeit im Auto verbracht…

Wie ein zweites Zuhause

Hier wurde schon soviel Tolles geschrieben, wir können uns nur anschließen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir fühlten uns vom ersten Tag an sofort wie Zuhause. Das lag unbedingt auch an der herausragenden Gastfreundlichkeit durch Marta, ganz wunderbar. Desweiteren gibt es die zauberhafte Dana-Katze der Nachbarn, welche unsere Herzen eroberte (sie geht NICHT uns Haus, sehr beeindruckend). Die Betten waren superbequem, kurzum, wir hätten noch 4 Wochen länger bleiben können. Danke, Marta! ♡ Linda & Co

Traumhaus im tropischen Garten

Die Villa Juandana ist eins der schönsten Ferienhäuser, die wir je gemietet hatten. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Garten ist ein Traum mit schönen großen Palmen und anderen tropischen Gewächsen. Auch der Pool ist schön gestaltet, allerdings war er erwartungsgemäß für uns im Januar etwas zu kühl. Von der Terrasse aus lässt sich das alles wunderbar genießen. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin Marta war hervorragend schon im Vorfeld und auch vor Ort sehr herzlich. Wir können das Haus unbedingt empfehlen. In wenigen Autominuten ist man in Las Aguas mit guten Fischlokalen direkt am Meer. Ein Lidl (Icod) ist in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar.

A new home for a week

The location of the villa is ideal for many excursions in the north of Tenerife. We used both houses - main house and side house - with five adults. The room layout was just right for this.The villa exudes a homely atmosphere from the first moment. The division into two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom is well resolved. We were particularly enthusiastic about the terrace, on which we had breakfast in a T-shirt in mid-December. We only enjoyed the beautiful pool visually, it was a bit too cool for us to bathe.The equipment of the villa is complete. Due to the risk of fire, there is no barbeque. The driveway located on the property is steep but feasible.All in all a great villa that guarantees a nice Tenerife holiday.

Genau richtig zur Erholung

Wir waren zu dritt auf dieser idyllisch gelegenen Finca. Ein Auto sollte man schon dabei haben. Die ruhige Lage sorgt eben auch dafür, dass man zu Fuss doch weiter laufen muss. Die Vermieterin ist eine echte Seele und sehr bemüht zu helfen, wo sie kann. Wir können die Finca für Erwachsene uneingschränkt empfehlen. Für Kinder könnte es aber schnell langweilig werden, sofern diese noch sehr jung sind. Die wunderschöne Gartenanlage hat uns begeistert. Auch die Möglichkeit zwischen großer und kleiner Terrasse zu wählen hat uns gefallen. Das dritte Zimmer liegt abgetrennt vom Haupthaus auf einem Hügel, mit eigenem Bad. Man hört die Brandung und hat einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer.Ein paar Spiele und Poolspielzeug sind vor Ort. Der letzte Stern zur Sauberkeit wurde nur nicht vergeben, weil durch die vielen Palmen und Pflanzen im Terrassenbereich auch Blätter und Früchte auf der Terrasse landeten. Hat uns nicht so sehr gestört. Wir haben da mal den Besen geschwungen und gut war. Auf dem Gelände läuft die Katze des Nachbarn regelmäßig Wache. Wir haben sie geliebt. Wer Katzen nicht so mag, kann sie ja wegschicken. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.
