The location was great. We love having the ability to walk to restaurants, shopping and of course along the shoreline. The unit was clean, which is very appreciated, but sadly it is not as well maintained as it should be. Being by the beach, with all the moisture is always a challenge. I know from having lived at the beach for many years. With that said, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the window is not enough. There was mold around the window, along the top inside of the medicine cabinet, it looked like maybe some on the ceiling in various spots and the baseboard next to the shower was not looking great. The liners in the kitchen on the open shelving was also looking gray/unclean in areas.It was not mentioned in the description that the trash truck comes a few mornings a week, about 7:30, to pick up from the museum as well as other trash truck pick ups on the street in addition to semi trucks using the street as a thorough fare. We would open the French doors in the morning for the fresh open air and have to close them back up shortly after because of the noise.
