  • Casa Olas is a perfect place to unwind and relax with ample space for 6 people and the comfort of 3 bathrooms. Our website has full details (www.villacasaolas.com) The property has a large private balcony in addition to the pool patio and BBQ area, both of which have the benefit of AstroTurf floor covering. The villa is very family friendly with cot, high chair, stair gate and bed guard on request. Fibre WiFi is included as well as a smart tv for entertainment. Also beach/pool towels are all included leaving more room in your bags. Located 5 min walk from the Campanario Shopping Centre with its many shops, bars, restaurants and cultural events. A further 10 min walk will take you to the town centre with its many restaurants, bars and live music venues. You can also walk in to town along the beach to access the laid back beach front bars and restaurants. A 5 min walk will take you to the nearest beach, with the award winning expansive Flag Beach a further 10 min walk, a must for any water sports enthusiast. The Baku Water Park can be accessed on foot or by local bus (2 stops) which stops at the end of the road. Bike hire, Harley Davison, car, surf board, and quad bike hire are all available at Campanario Centre.

Había cucarachas que salían del desagüe de la ducha . La piscina climatizada no funcionaba . No repetiríamos este alojamiento .

Our host Ian was so helpful and accommodating. He always answered any questions from pre-booking until our departure. The location of the villa is superb. Literally minutes from shops, bars, markets, restaurants and beaches. We couldn’t have asked for more.The spacious garden, terraces and pool were an absolute delight. Excellent Stay

We had a fantastic week at Casa Olas. The villa is well appointed, clean with lots of space both inside and outside. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was very welcome, and pool towels were provided. The location is excellent, a short walk to local shops, restaurants and the beach, and only a 15-20 minutes walk into the centre of Corralejo. The host was extremely helpful and was quick to respond to questions - really looked after us. Would definitely recommend.

Just perfect............

One of the best holiday properties we have stayed in. Casa Olas has it all ! There is absolutely no negative to say. The communication with Ian was brilliant throughout. Would thoroughly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

Villa Casa Olas

Stayed for 5 weeks at the Villa which was excellent. The property was spotlessly clean, with everything needed to have a self catering holiday. It was well serviced by Dave & Debbie. Will be staying again next year, so that says it all.

Annual birthday get to gether

On arrival Villa was clean, ready and communication with owner allowed us to check in early which was a huge bonus because we’d had really early flights. Pool was fabulous and temperature was perfect. Seating area and sun beds were perfect and beach towels provided too was lovely but would have been nice if there was also more seating area in the shade could be a huge added bonus. Beds really comfy only negative and this is very small was that the mirrors in bedroom down stairs and second bedroom were hung quite high so were difficult to use. Safes in all bedrooms was a great convenience. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely use this villa again

large, spacious villa with over and above facilities

excellent property with lots of useful extras included, like water, tea coffee, milk on arrival. even washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and a cupboard full of herbs and spices, clingfilm/ foil!!! inflatables for the pool. on larger than usual plot in quieter area only 15 mins walk to beaches and seafront. different options for restaurants/bars in different directions. excellent,accurate property information supplied by owner

Lovely villa in perfect location

We stayed as a family of 4 with our two sons ages 23 & 20. The Villa was very spacious and comfortable. Having three double bedrooms and three shower/bathrooms was perfect as it meant both of our sons had their own space. We enjoyed the outside area, the pool is lovely and there was plenty of room for sunbeds in the sun or shade. The Villa is in an excellent location, we often walked to the shopping centre (5 mins) for breakfast and a coffee. The shopping centre has a lovely clean supermarket with everything you need. Most evenings we walked to the town (10-15 mins) to the bars and restaurants. (The live music and food at The Retro was our favourite). We’ve had a lovely family holiday and the Villa was perfect for us.

Villa 4 stars, host 0 stars. All downstairs windows and patio doors impossible to open (fire hazard). Uk tv was not available contrary to description. Text received from host in response to my queries;- ‘Sally seriously you called me at 9.50 about how to open the patio door without stopping for 30 seconds to try and work out that it's one bolt that opens it. I have rented the villa for 15 years and I now whats coming as my partner agreed.You message me at 12 .50 am asking about the TV?I don't think the TV channels work because of the system over in fuerty it's not like the UK.Any trivial problem please don't wake me up this time in the morning.’

Really relaxing stay at Casa Olas

Just returned from spending a week in Casa Olas. There was plenty of room in the villa for our party of 6, each bedroom has its own bathroom which is always a bonus. The master bedroom has a sun terrace, which gets the sun all day long. The pool is very well maintained, with a “pool guy” coming out once a week to do all the relevant checks and topping up the pool chemicals. The surrounding pool area and patio are all you could ask for, with plenty of places to sun bathe, and just the right amount of shade if you want to get out of it. The villa is close to local amenities, with a super market and small restaurants a 5 minute walk away, then another 10 minute walk from there is “The Strip”, with more bars and restaurants there. All in all, Casa Olas was very good value for money, and we’re already thinking about staying there again next year.

On arrival check-in was easy, host was very helpful over WhatsApp and the villa seemed lovely. Hot as no air-con (this is definitely needed) but the placed looked fine. It was late at night. We encountered some issues which were rectified straight away by host/maintenance. Everything you need is there, fully equipped kitchen etc, WiFi (but this doesn’t cover upstairs or the garden) We noticed a green substance around the water line of the pool. Host stated to prevent this we needed to wash our sunscreen off before entering the pool (how can we expect kids to play safely in the water with no sunscreen) as this is the cause. The surrounding pools clear. We then were informed we would lose water for maybe over 24hrs! Host suggested we use pool water to swill down the toilet, or move out if we weren’t happy and have a refund for the 3 nights that we left. It was impossible to find alternative accommodation so last minute and within the refund price range. Host did not offer to buy water to help with washing etc, we had to buy that. Water was off for just over 24hrs. Cleaners came at 6/7 day point (lovely couple) and changed beds, towels and cleaned villa. The second bedroom upstairs, black mold. In the bedroom and bathroom. Black mold is a health hazard. The host was now a little offhand (given all the issues we’d had) I felt uneasy contacting him about it. It was cleaned off, but had returned the following day. We removed our daughter from the room

Erfahrungen mit dem gemieteten Haus

Das Haus liegt gut, es gibt Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Es ist viel Platz vorhanden. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist nicht neu aber nutzbar. Bäder und Fußböden sauber. Küchenschränke innen sehr schmutzig, alles klebte und musste von uns gründlich gereinigt werden. Wir mussten einige Gegenstände für eine vernünftige Nutzung der Küche kaufen, bekamen die Anschaffungen nicht erstattet. Backofen in der Küche völlig verdreckt, Geschirrspüler bei Übergabe des Hauses an uns ebenfalls. Fotos des Objektes wurden sicher vor Jahren gemacht, entsprechen nicht mehr dem aktuellen Stand. Ein Fenster im Bad konnte nicht geöffnet werden, der Defekt war dem Eigentümer bekannt, es wurde keine Notwendigkeit gesehen, es zu reparieren. Es gibt viele Risse in den Wänden, eine Renovierung wäre notwendig. Garten ungepflegt. Handtücher vorhanden, aber auch sehr alt, sollten erneuert werden. WLAN die ersten Tage in Ordnung. Dann WLAN-Ausfall für weitere 9 Urlaubstage bis zur Abreise. Das geht gar nicht! Wir konnten aus diesem Grund auch den Fernseher nicht nutzen. Wir hatten mehrfach per E-Mail Kontakt zum Eigentümer. Unsere gemeldeten Mängel wurden nicht behoben sondern ignoriert wie z. B. die unfassbar klebrigen Küchenutensilien, fehlende Kaffeemaschine etc. Beim WLAN hat er uns zunächst den Ausfall ein paar Tage nicht geglaubt, dann alles auf den Service-Anbieter geschoben. Hilfe Fehlanzeige. Wir sollten uns damit arrangieren. Schließlich hätten wir kein Hotel gebucht.

We’ve just returned from a great stay in this villa. It was clean and v spacious with a great outdoor area. The location is ideal, just a short 5 minute walk to the supermarket and local area with shops and restaurants and the beach and town centre around a 15/20 minute walk. The pool was a little chilly, even though it was heated, but I appreciate its hard to maintain heat in the winter months. Would highly recommend.

The villa was great for me and 2 friends We all had our own bedroom and bathroom The outside area and pool were great and overall villa was clean,kitchen was well equipped but we didn’t use it at all as ate out My only complaint would be there was no aircon so was really warm,especially when getting ready on a night and the front door was very tricky to open Good location and close to some bars and shops but we mainly used taxis to and from the centre Communication with owner was excellent and he was very responsive to the message we sent as had arrived about half an hour sooner so overall a great stay
