Enjoy your own private outdoor space with a pool (heated by solar panels year-round except July and August), garden, covered and open terraces, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Please note: as the pool is heated by solar panels, the water may be cold on chilly days.



There is a parking space on the property and free street parking is also available. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. The property does not have air conditioning. For your security, there is an alarm system with photo detectors in the living room and at the main door.
